Claims (29)
- 압축챔버, 압축챔버에 흡입가스를 공급하기 위한 흡입구 및 상기 압축챔버의 체적을 변화시키도록 작동하는 이동가능한 부재를 가지고 있는 압축 메카니즘;상기 이동가능한 부재를 이동시켜서 상기 흡입구를 통하여 상기 압축챔버 내로 흡입된 가스를 압축시키도록 작동적으로 연결된 동력원;상기 흡입구에 인접하여 설치되어 있으며, 상기 압축챔버 내로의 흡입가스의 흐름을 주기적으로 허용 및 방지하도록 개폐위치 사이에서 작동가능한 밸브; 및사이클 시간이 상기 압축기에서의 부하의 시간상수보다 작아지게 상기 밸브를 순환시키도록 작동하며, 상기 개폐위치 사이에서 상기 밸브를 작동시키기 위한 제어 장치;를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 상기 압축챔버에 근접하여 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 양방향 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 상기 폐쇄위치에 있는 시간 지속기간과 상기 사이클 시간 중 적어도 하나는 감지된 작동 조건에 따라서 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 상기 개폐위치 사이에서 순환될 때에 상기 동력원은 상기 이동가능한 부재의 이동을 계속하여 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 사이클 시간 및 상기 시간 지속기간은 상기 감지된 작동조건에 따라서 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 압축유체에 의해 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브로의 압축유체의 흐름을 제어하도록 작동하는 제어밸브를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제어밸브는 솔레노이드 작동식 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 압축유체는 상기 압축 메카니즘으로부터 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 동력원은 전기모터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제어모듈은 상기 밸브가 상기 폐쇄위치에 있을 때 상기 전기모터의 작동 파라미터를 변화시키도록 작동하여 상기 모터의 작동효율을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 상기 폐쇄위치로 이동된 후 상기 모터의 상기 작동 파라미터는 소정기간 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 메카니즘은 왕복 피스톤 압축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 왕복 피스톤 압축기는 복수의 피스톤 및 실린더를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 밸브는 상기 실린더 전부로의 흡입가스의 흐름을 방지하도록 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 동시에 상기 실린더 전부로의 흡입가스의 흐름을 방지하도록 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 밀봉 셸;상기 셸 내에 배치된 압축 메카니즘으로서, 상기 압축 메카니즘은 이동가능한 부재에 의해 부분적으로 형성되는 압축챔버를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 이동가능한 부재는 그 체적을 변화시키도록 작동되는 상기 압축 메카니즘;상기 셸 내에 회전가능하게 지지되며 상기 이동가능한 부재에 구동적으로 결합되는 구동 샤프트;상기 셸로부터 이격된 공급원으로부터 상기 압축챔버로 흡입가스를 공급하기 위한 흡입구 통로;상기 흡입구 통로를 통한 흡입가스의 흐름을 허용하는 개방위치와 상기 흡입구 통로를 통한 흡입가스의 흐름을 방지하는 폐쇄위치와의 사이에서 작동가능한, 상기 흡입구 통로 내의 밸브; 및상기 밸브를 제1 소정기간동안 개방위치로 그리고 제2 소정기간동안 폐쇄위치로 주기적으로 작동시키기 위한 제어기;를 포함하고 있으며,상기 제1 및 제2 소정기간의 합에 대한 상기 제1 소정기간의 비는 주어진 부하 시간상수보다 작으며 상기 압축기의 용량의 백분율 조절을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 양방향 밸브이며 압축유체에 의해 상기 폐쇄위치로 작동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브로의 상기 압축유체의 흐름을 제어하기 위한 상기 제어기에 의해 작동될 수 있는 솔레노이드 밸브를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 압축유체는 상기 압축기로부터의 배출가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 상기 압축챔버에 근접하여 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 냉동 압축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 공기 압축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 로터리 압축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 스크롤 압축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 기간의 상기 합은 상기 부하 시간상수의 절반보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 샤프트를 회전 가능하게 구동시키기 위한 모터를 더 포함하고 있으며, 상기 밸브는 상기 모터가 상기 구동 샤프트를 계속해서 회전 가능하게 구동시키는 동안에 상기 개폐위치 사이에서 작동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 상기 밸브가 상기 폐쇄위치에 있는 기간과 상기 개방위치에 있는 기간 사이에 상기 모터의 작동 파라미터를 변화시키도록 작동하여 상기 모터의 작동효율을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량조절 압축기.
- 변화하는 냉각부하 조건을 수용하도록 냉각 시스템의 일부를 형성하는 압축기의 용량을 조절하는 방법으로서:상기 냉각 시스템의 시스템 부하를 나타내는 작동 파라미터를 감지하는 단계;상기 압축기로 공급되는 냉매의 흡입 압력에 있어서의 변동을 최소화시키는 최대 지속기간의 사이클 주파수를 결정하는 단계;흡입가스가 상기 압축기로 공급되는 제1 기간을 결정하고 흡입가스가 상기 압축기로 흐르는 것을 방지하는 제2 기간을 결정하는 단계; 및상기 시스템 작동 파라미터에 응답하여 상기 압축기의 용량을 조절하도록 상기 제1 및 제2 기간동안 각각 개방위치와 폐쇄위치 사이에서 밸브를 요동시키는 단계;를 포함하고 있으며,상기 제1 및 제2 기간은 상기 사이클 주파수와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 용량을 조절하는 방법.
