Claims (10)

  1. 압축기의 압축유체의 토출용량을 제어하는 방법으로서, 흡입공정의 도중에서 작동실에 유입하는 유체의 흐름을 끊고, 그때까지 상기 작동실에 흡입된 유체를 유체의 흐름을 끊은 후, 상기 작동실이 최대용적으로 되기까지의 동안 단열팽창시키고, 그후 압축공정에 있어서 상기 유체를 소정압력까지 압축해서 토출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 용량제어방법.
  2. 상기 단열팽창의 게시타이밍을 변경하여 용량의 제어량을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 용량제어방법.
  3. 압축기의 압축유체의 토출량을 제어하기 위한 용량제어장치이며, 상기 용량제어장치가 상기 압축기의 냉미흡입구와 작동실을 연동하는 유체흡입통로에 설치된 유로개폐밸브와, 용량제어가 필요할 때 상기 작동실이 흡입공정중이고 또한 최대용적으로 되기 전에 상기 작동실에의 유체의 통로를 정지시키고자 상기 유로 개폐밸브를 폐지하는 밸브폐지수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 용량제어장치.
  4. 상기 흡입통로는 상기 작동실의 흡입공정의 전반에 이 작동실에 연통하는 제1의 흡입통로와, 상기 흡입공정의 후반에 이 작동실에 연통하는 제2의 흡입통로를 가지며, 상기 유로개폐밸브가 상기 제2의 흡입통로를 개폐밸브임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 압축기의 용량제어장치.
  5. 상기 밸브폐지수단은 상기 압축기의 운전상태에 옹해서 폐밸브타이밍을 변경하는 폐밸브타이밍제어수단을 갓는 것을 특징으로 하는, 특허청구의 범위 3 및 4의 어딘가에 기재한 압축기의 용량제어장치.
  6. 상기 압축기가 차량의 엔진에 의해서 구동될 경우, 상기 밸브폐지수단은 상기 엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 회전수검출장치와, 상기 엔진의 회전수가 소정치를 넘었을 때 출력을 발생하는 회전수판정수단과, 이 회전판정수단의 출력에 의거하여 상기 유로개폐밸브를 닫는 액츄에이러로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 3 및 4의 어딘가에 기재한 압축기의 용량제어장치.
  7. 상치 압축기가 차량의 엔진에 의해 구동될 경우, 상기 밸브폐수단은 상기 엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 회전수검출장치와, 상기 회전수검출수단의 출력에 의거하여 상기 유로개폐밸브의 밸브타이밍을 제어하는 폐밸브타이밍제어수단과, 이 폐밸브타이밍제어수단의 출력에 의거하여 상기 유로개폐밸브를 개폐하는 액츄에이러로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 3 및 4의 어딘가에 기재한 압축기의 용량제어장치.
  8. 상기 액츄에이터가 모우터인 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 6 및 7의 어딘가에 기재한 압축기의 용량제어장치.
  9. 상기 액츄에이터가 전자솔레노이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6 및 7의 어딘가에 기재한 압축기의 용량제어장치.
  10. 상기 액츄에이터가 엔진의 흡기관부압을 구동력원으로 하는 다이어프림액츄에이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6 및 7의 어딘가에 기재한 압축기의 용량제어장치.
