Claims (8)

  1. 배기용적가변수단을 구비한 최소한 1대의 유압펌프와, 이 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 최소한 하나의 유압액튜에이터와, 유압펌프와 액튜에이터의 사이에 접속되고, 액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 유량제어밸브와, 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력이 상기 액튜에이터의 부하압력보다 제1의 소정치만큼 높아지도록 상기 유압펌프의 토출량을 제어하는 펌프제어수단과, 상기 유압펌프와 상기 유압펌프와 상기 액튜에이터의 사이에 접속되고, 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력과 상기 액튜에이터의 부하압력과의 차압을 제2소정치 이하로 유지하는 언로드밸브를 구비한 로드센싱유압 구동회로의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 유량제어밸브의 요구유량에 관한 값을 검출하는 제1의 수단과, 상기 제1의 수단으로 검출한 요구유량에 관한 값에 따라서, 요구유량이작을 때에는 상기 제2의 소정치가 상기 제1의 소정치보다 작고, 요구유량이 증가함에 따라서 상기 제2의 소정치가 상기 제1의 소정치보다 커지도록 상기 언로드밸브를 제어하는 제2의 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱유압구동회로의 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프제어수단은 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력과 상기 액튜에이터의 부하압력과의 차압에 따라서, 그 차압을 상기 제1의 소정치로 유지하는 목표배기용적을 결정하는 제3의 수단과, 상기 유압펌프의 배기용적이 상기 제3의 수단으로결정한 목표배기용적에 일치하도록 상기 유압펌프의 배기용적가변수단을 제어하는 제4의 수단을 포함하고, 상기 제1의 수단을 상기 요구유량에 관한 값으로서 상기 제3의 수단으로 결정한 목표배기용적을 검출하는 수단을 구비하고, 상기 제2의 수단은 이 목표배기용적에 따라서 상기 언로드밸브를 제어하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱유압구동회로의 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 수단은 상기 요구량에 관한 값으로서 상기 유압펌프의 실제의 배기용적을 검출하는 수단을 구비하고, 상기 제2의 수단은 이 배기용적에 따라서 상기 언로드밸브를 제어하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱유압구동회로의 제아장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 수단은 상기 요구유량에 관한 값으로서 상기 유량제어밸브의 조작량을 검출하는 수단을 구비하고, 상기 제2의 수단은 이 조작량에 따라서 상기 언론드밸브를 제어하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱유압구동회로의 제어장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 복수의 유압액튜에이터와, 유압펌프와 복수의 액튜에이터간에 각각 접속되고, 액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 복수의 유량제어밸브를 구비하고, 상기 제1의 수단은 상기 요구유량에 관한 값으로서 상기 복수의 유량제어밸브의 각각의 조작량을 검출하는 수단과, 이 검출된 조작량의 합계치를 연산하는 수단을 구비하고, 상기 제2의 수단은 이 조작량의 합계치에 따라서, 상기 언로드밸브를 제어하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱유압구동회로의 제어장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 수단을 상기 제1의 수단으로 검출한 요구유량에 관한 값에 따라서, 요구유량이 작을 때에는 상기 제2의 소정치를 상기 제1의 소정치보다 작게 하고, 요구유량이 증가함에 따라서 상기 제2의 소정치를 상기 제1의 소정치보다 크게 하는 제어력을 연산하고, 그것에 대응하는 전기신호를 출력하는 수단과, 상기 전기신호를 받아서, 상기 제어력을 생성하는 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱유압구동회로의 제어장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 언로드밸브는 밸브폐쇄방향의 부세력을 가하는 스프링과, 밸브개방방향의 제어력을 가하는 구동수단을 가지고, 상기 제2의 수단은 상기 제1의 수단으로 검출한 요구요량에 관한 값에 따라서, 요구유량이 작을 때는 크고, 요구유량이 증가함에 따라서 작아지는 제어력을 결정하는 수단과, 상기 언로드밸브의 구동수단에 상기 제어력을 생성하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱유압구동회로의 제어장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 언로드밸브는 밸브폐쇄방향의 제어력을 가하는 구동수단을 가지고, 상기 제2의 수단은 상기 제1의 수단으로 검출한 요구유량에 관한 값에 따라서, 요구유량이 작을 때에는 작고, 요구유량이 증가함에 따라서 커지는 제어력을 결정하는 수단과, 상기 언로드밸브의 구동수단에 상기 제어력을 생성하는 수단을 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱유압구동회로의 제어장치.
