Claims (14)
- 제품형상으로 형성되는, 단일축 인장시험에 의한 파단연신이 30% 이상이고 1.3 이상의 최소 랭크포드값(rmin 값)을 가지는 기재물질로서의 페라이트계 스테인리스강판;상기 형성된 페라이트계 스테인리스강판의 표면상에 형성되는 Al 도금층, Zn 도금층 또는 Fe, Ni, Co, Mg, Cr 및 Al중 1종 이상을 포함하는 Zn 합금의 도금층;상기 도금층의 표면상의 징크리치 도막; 그리고상기 형성된 페라이트계 스테인리스강판의 전체 표면상의 양이온 전착도막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 자동차용 연료탱크.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 스테인리스강판은 0.015질량% 이하의 C, 0.5질량% 이하의 Si, ll.0 내지 25.0질량%의 Cr, 0.020질량% 이하의 N, 0.05 내지 0.50질량%의 Ti, 0.10 내지 0.50질량%의 Nb, 0.010O질량% 이하의 B 및 불가피한 불순물을 제외하고는 나머지가 Fe로 구성되는 조성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 연료탱크.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 스테인리스강판은 3.0질량% 이하의 Mo를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 연료탱크.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 스테인리스강판은 2.0질량% 이하의 Ni, 2.0질량% 이하의 Cu 및 4.0질량% 이하의 Al중 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 연료탱크.
