Description
巻線および鉄心からなる変圧器本体と、該変圧器本体を納め、絶縁材を充填するタンク容器とを備え、該タンク容器がフェライト系ステンレス鋼からなり、
前記タンク容器の溶接金属部の凝固組織中のフェライト相の量が10%以下であることを特徴とする配電用変圧器において、
タンク容器を構成している金属材料と同一組成の金属からなり、腐食原因物質に直接接触する母材が露出した部分と、高耐食材料により被覆された部分が表裏面として対を構成する。

Claims (7)
- 巻線および鉄心からなる変圧器本体と、該変圧器本体を納め、絶縁材を充填するタンク容器とを備え、該タンク容器がフェライト系ステンレス鋼からなり、
前記タンク容器の溶接金属部の凝固組織中のフェライト相の量が10%以下であることを特徴とする配電用変圧器において、
タンク容器を構成している金属材料と同一組成の金属からなり、腐食原因物質に直接接触する母材が露出した部分と、高耐食材料により被覆された部分が表裏面として対を構成する腐食診断部品を設けてなる配電用変圧器。 - 上記腐食診断部品の高耐食材料が膜厚20μm以上の有機被覆である請求項1記載の腐食診断部品を設けてなる配電用変圧器。
- 上記腐食診断部品の高耐食材料が、亜鉛あるいはアルミニウムを主成分とするメッキ層である請求項1記載の腐食診断部品を設けてなる配電用変圧器。
- 上記腐食診断部品の高耐食材料が亜鉛あるいはアルミニウムの微粒子を含む有機被覆層である請求項1記載の腐食診断部品を設けてなる配電用変圧器。
- 上記腐食診断部品の高耐食材料が、ステンレス鋼、ニッケル基合金、純チタン、チタン合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、銅、銅合金のいずれかである請求項1記載の腐食診断部品を設けてなる配電用変圧器。
- 上記高耐食材料の表面に有機被覆が存在する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の腐食診断部品を設けてなる配電用変圧器。
- 上記高耐食材料と金属母材露出部の外表面における境界部が電気的に絶縁されている請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の腐食診断部品を設けてなる配電用変圧器。
