Claims (23)
- 차량에 탑재되어 상기 차량의 주행상태를 제어하는 운전제어장치에 있어서,동력발생장치와, 제 1 모드와 제 2 모드로 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하도록 구축된 제어기로 구성되고,상기 제어기는 상기 제 1 모드로 운전자로부터의 구동력의 증가요구에 따라 상기 동력발생장치에 의해 발생되는 구동력을 변화시키며, 상기 차량에 있어서의 차량상태검출수단의 이상을 검출하였을 경우에는 검출된 상기 이상의 내용에 대응하는 제 2 모드로 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어기는, 상기 제 2 모드를 포함하는 미리 정해진 복수의 이상 시 제어모드를 기억하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어기는, 상기 제 2 모드로 상기 구동력의 증가요구에 따르는 구동력의 변화를 상기 이상이 검출되지 않았을 때의 구동력의 증가요구에 따르는 구동력의 변화와 비교하여 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어기는, 제 2 모드로 차량의 속도가 특정 속도에 도달한 후는 상기 구동력의 증가요구와 관계없이 상기 차량의 가속을 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제어기는, 제 2 모드로 상기 이상이 검출되었을 때의 차속이 소정속도 이상이었을 때에는 상기 차량의 속도가 상기 특정 속도에 도달할 때까지 증가요구에 따른 구동력의 발생을 허가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제어기는, 제 2 모드로 상기 이상이 검출되고 나서의 경과시간이 소정시간이내인 조건과, 상기 이상이 검출되고 나서의 주행거리가 소정거리이내인 조건 중, 적어도 한쪽 조건의 범위내에서 상기 차속이 상기 특정 차속을 초과할 때까지는 상기 구동력의 증대요구에 따라 구동력의 발생을 허가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어기는, 제 2 모드로 상기 동력발생장치에 상기 이상이 발생하였을 경우, 정상으로 구동 가능한 부분을 사용하여 상기 구동력을 발생시켜 상기 구동력의 증대요구에 따라 상기 구동력을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어기는, 제 2 모드로 상기 이상이 검출되고 나서의 경과시간과, 상기 이상이 검출되고 나서의 주행거리 중, 적어도 한쪽의 조건에 의거하여 상기 차량의 구동력을 단계적으로 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 차량상태검출수단은 복수의 검출기로 이루어져 있고,상기 이상은, 상기 복수의 검출기 중의 일부에 이상이 생기는 것으로서, 나머지의 검출기에 이상이 발생하였을 때에는 상기 차량상태검출수단과 관련된 변위량을 검출할 수 없게 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어기는, 제 2 모드로 상기 구동력의 증가요구에 관계없이 차량의 이동이 가능한 작은 구동력을 상기 동력발생장치에 의해 출력시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 운전제어장치를 포함하는 차량에 있어서,상기 운전제어장치는,동력발생장치와,제 1 모드와 제 2 모드로 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하도록 구축된 제어기를 구비하고,상기 제어기는 상기 제 1 모드로 운전자로부터의 구동력의 증가요구에 따라 동력발생장치에 의해 발생되는 구동력을 변화시키고, 상기 차량에 있어서 차량상태검출수단의 이상을 검출하였을 경우에는 검출된 상기 이상의 내용에 대응하는 제 2 모드로 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 차량에 탑재되어 차량의 주행상태를 제어하는 운전제어장치에 있어서,동력발생장치와,상기 동력발생장치를 구동하기 위한 제어를 행하기 위하여 적용되는 제어기와,상기 차량에 있어서 차량상태검출수단의 이상을 검출하기 위하여 배치되는 이상검출기를 구비하고,상기 제어기는 이상검출기가 상기 이상을 검출하면, 상기 차량의 구동력을 단계적으로 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 차량상태검출수단은 복수의 검출기로 이루어져 있고,상기 이상은 상기 복수의 검출기 중 일부에 이상이 생김에 의하여 나머지 검출기에 이상이 발생하였을 때에 상기 차량상태검출수단과 관련된 변위량을 검출할 수 없게 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 제어기는, 상기 이상이 검출되고 나서의 경과시간과, 상기 이상이 검출되고 나서의 주행거리 중, 적어도 한쪽의 조건에 의거하여 상기 구동력을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 차량의 주행상태를 제어하는 운전제어장치를 포함하는 차량에 있어서,상기 운전제어장치는,동력발생장치와,상기 동력발생장치를 구동하기 위한 제어를 행하기 위하여 적용되는 제어기와,상기 차량에 있어서 차량상태검출수단의 이상을 검출하기 위하여 배치되는 이상검출기를 구비하고,상기 제어기는 상기 이상검출기가 상기 이상을 검출하면, 차량의 구동력을 단계적으로 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 차량의 구동력을 발생하는 동력발생장치를 구비하는 차량의 주행상태를 제어하는 운전제어방법에 있어서,상기 차량의 구동력의 증가요구를 검출하고, 상기 구동력의 증가요구에 따라 상기 구동력을 변화시키도록 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하고,상기 차량에 있어서의 차량상태검출수단의 이상을 검출하며, 상기 이상이 검출되었을 때에 검출된 상기 이상의 내용에 따라 상기 운동발생장치에 대한 제어내용을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어방법.
- 차량의 구동력을 발생하는 동력발생장치를 구비하는 차량의 주행상태를 제어하는 운전제어방법에 있어서,상기 차량에 있어서의 차량상태검출수단의 이상을 검출하고, 상기 이상이 검출되면 차량의 구동력을 단계적으로 제한하도록 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어방법.
- 차량에 탑재되어 상기 차량의 주행상태를 제어하는 운전제어장치에 있어서,동력발생장치와, 제 1 모드와 제 2 모드로 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하도록 구축된 제어기로 구성되고,상기 제어기는 상기 제 1 모드로 운전자로부터의 구동력의 증가요구에 따라 상기 동력발생장치에 의해 발생되는 구동력을 변화시키며, 상기 차량에 있어서의 차량상태검출수단의 이상을 검출하였을 경우에는 검출된 상기 이상의 내용 및 운전자로부터의 지시신호에 대응하는 제 2 모드로 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 차량의 구동력을 발생하는 동력발생장치를 구비하는 차량의 주행상태를 제어하는 운전제어방법에 있어서,상기 차량의 구동력의 증가요구를 검출하고, 상기 구동력의 증가요구에 따라 상기 구동력을 변화시키도록 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하고,상기 차량에 있어서의 차량상태검출수단의 이상을 검출하며, 상기 이상이 검출되었을 때에 검출된 상기 이상의 내용 및 운전자로부터의 지시신호에 따라 상기 운동발생장치에 대한 제어내용을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어방법.
- 차량에 탑재되어 상기 차량의 주행상태를 제어하는 운전제어장치에 있어서,동력발생장치와, 제 1 모드와 제 2 모드로 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하도록 구축된 제어기로 구성되고,상기 제어기는,상기 제 1 모드로 운전자로부터의 구동력의 증가요구에 따라 상기 동력발생장치에 의해 발생되는 구동력을 변화시키며,상기 차량에 있어서의 구동력의 발생에 관한 이상, 운전자가 차량의 주행상태를 제어하기 위하여 행하는 입력을 검출하기 위한 각종 검출기의 이상, 각부의 운전상태를 제어하는 각각의 ECU의 이상, 및 상기 ECU 간의 통신이상 중 어느 하나의 이상을 검출하였을 경우에는, 검출된 상기 이상의 내용 및 운전자로부터의 지시신호에 대응하는 제 2 모드로 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 차량에 탑재되어 차량의 주행상태를 제어하는 운전제어장치에 있어서,동력발생장치와,상기 동력발생장치를 구동하기 위한 제어를 행하기 위하여 적용되는 제어기와,상기 차량에 있어서의 구동력의 발생에 관한 이상, 운전자가 차량의 주행상태를 제어하기 위하여 행하는 입력을 검출하기 위한 각종 검출기의 이상, 각부의 운전상태를 제어하는 각각의 ECU의 이상, 및 상기 ECU 간의 통신이상 중 어느 하나의 이상을 검출하기 위하여 배치되는 이상검출기를 구비하고,상기 제어기는 이상검출기가 상기 이상을 검출하면, 상기 차량의 구동력을 단계적으로 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어장치.
- 차량의 구동력을 발생하는 동력발생장치를 구비하는 차량의 주행상태를 제어하는 운전제어방법에 있어서,상기 차량의 구동력의 증가요구를 검출하고, 상기 구동력의 증가요구에 따라 상기 구동력을 변화시키도록 상기 동력발생장치를 제어하고,상기 차량에 있어서의 구동력의 발생에 관한 이상, 운전자가 차량의 주행상태를 제어하기 위하여 행하는 입력을 검출하기 위한 각종 검출기의 이상, 각부의 운전상태를 제어하는 각각의 ECU의 이상, 및 상기 ECU 간의 통신이상 중 어느 하나의 이상을 검출하며,상기 이상이 검출되었을 때에 검출된 상기 이상의 내용 및 운전자로부터의 지시신호에 따라 상기 운동발생장치에 대한 제어내용을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어방법.
