Claims (14)
- 티오레이트화합물 및 티올화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 유기유황화합물의 금속착체와,유황 및 식(1) :(LixS)n ··· (1) (식 중, 0<x≤2, n> 0)으로 표시되는 황화리튬으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유하는 양극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 도전성고분자를 더욱 함유하는 양극.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 티오레이트화합물이, 리튬화2황화물 화합물, 리튬화3황화물 화합물 및 리튬화테트라황화물 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 양극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 티올화합물이, 2황화물 화합물, 3황화물 화합물 및 테트라황화물 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 양극.
- (a)티오레이트화합물 및 티올화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 유기유황화합물을, 용매에 용해하여 용액을 얻는 공정,(b)얻어진 용액에, 유황 및 식(1) :(LixS)n ··· (1)(식 중, 0<x≤2, n> 0)으로 표시되는 황화리튬으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 혼합하고 혼합물을 얻는 공정, 및(c)얻어진 혼합물을 도전성기판 상에 도포하고, 불활성가스 중 또는 진공 속에서 가열하여 양극을 얻는 공정을 포함하는 양극의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 공정(c)에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 도전성기판 상에 도포하고, 불활성가스 중 또는 진공 속에서 가열하여 양극을 얻는 양극의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 공정(b) 전에, 공정(a)로 얻어진 용액에 도전성고분자를 첨가하는 공정을 포함하는 양극의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 공정(c) 후에, 얻어진 양극 중의 티올화합물 및/또는 유황을 리튬화하는 공정을 포함하는 양극의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 티오레이트화합물이, 리튬화2황화물 화합물, 리튬화3황화물 화합물 및 리튬화테트라황화물 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 양극의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 티올화합물이, 2황화물 화합물, 3황화물 화합물 및 테트라황화물 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 양극의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 용매가, 테트라히드로푸란, 디메틸포름아미드 및 N-R-2-피롤리돈(단, R은 수소원자 또는 알킬기)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 양극의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 N-R-2-피롤리돈(단, R은 수소원자 또는 알킬기)인 양극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 양극, 음극 및 비수전해질을 포함하는 리튬전지.
