Claims (6)
- 티탄계 소결소재를 준비하는 공정과;상기 소재를 단조온도로 가열하여 단조하는 공정으로 이루어지는 티탄계 금속의 단조방법에 있어서,상기 티탄계 소결소재는 세라믹스 입자, 기공 또는 세라믹스 입자 및 기공을 티탄합금 중에 총계로 체적비 1% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄계 금속재료의 단조방법.
- 소결빌릿을 가열하는 공정과;가열된 빌릿의 일부를 압출 나머지부로서 남긴 상태로 압출성형하여 스템을 형성하는 공정과;압출성형한 스템을 전조하여 축 구부림을 교정하는 공정과;재가열하는 공정과;상기 압출 나머지부를 열간으로 스웨이징 단조하여 갓부를 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 엔진 밸브의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 소결빌릿은 세라믹스 입자, 기공 또는 세라믹스 입자 및 기공을 티탄합금 중에 총계로 체적비 1% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 밸브의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전조는, 압출성형후 즉시 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진밸브의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹스 입자는 붕화 티탄, 탄화 티탄 및 규화 티탄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 세라믹스 입자인 티탄계 금속재료의 단조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹스 입자는 붕화 티탄, 탄화 티탄 및 규화 티탄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 세라믹스 입자인 엔진 밸브의 제조방법.
