Claims (8)
- 수지절연커버로 커버된 복수의 전선이 도출되는 하우징의 전선 도출부에 대한 방수구조에 있어서,상기 전선 도출부에서의 상기 전선 주위에 배열되어 있고 서로 융합가능하고, 상기 수지절연커버와 융합될 수 있는 하나 또는 다수의 방수부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전선은 서로 평행이 되도록 상기 전선 도출부에서 뽑아내어진 복수의 전선인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 상기 전선을 평행하게 배열하는 방향으로 상기 하우징을 이등분함으로써 얻은 두 개의 하우징 요소로 구성되어 있는 한편, 상기 방수부재는 상기 전선 도출부를 이등분함으로써 얻은 절반 전선 도출부에 각각 배열되어 있고;상기 하우징 요소와 상기 절반 전선 도출부의 상호 접합되는 상태에서, 상기 전선이 상기 방수부재 사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 방수부재는 상기 전선의 상기 절연커버의 녹는점 이상의 온도에서 상기 부재를 구성하는 물질을 녹이고 그리고 상기 전선 주위의 상기 녹은 물질을 상기 전선 도출부에 채움으로써 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수구조.
- 절연커버로 커버된 복수의 전선이 도출되는 하우징의 전선 도출부에 대한 방수구조에 있어서,방수부재 사이의 상기 전선을 상기 전선 도출부에 끼우고, 압력하에서 초음파 진동에 의해 서로 융합가능하고, 상기 절연커버와 융합될 수 있는 탄성물질로 만들어진 두 개의 방수부재; 그리고상기 방수부재를 각각 지지하고, 압력하에서 초음파 진동에 의해 서로 융합될 수 있고, 상기 하우징과 융합될 수 있는 물질로 만들어진 두 개의 커버 몸체;로 구성되어 있으며,상기 방수부재는 초음파 진동에 의해 상기 커버 몸체를 서로 융합함과 동시에, 서로 융합될 수 있고, 상기 절연커버와 융합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 커버 몸체중 하나는 상기 하우징과 일체로 형성되는 한편, 상기 커버몸체중 나머지는 힌지를 통하여 상기 하우징과 회전가능하게 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수구조.
- 커넥터에 대한 방수구조에 있어서,하우징; 그리고상기 하우징과 일체로 형성되어 있고 절연커버로 커버된 복수의 전선이 도출되어 있는 전선 도출부로서, 초음파 진동에 의해 상기 절연커버와 융합될 수 있는 물질로 만들어진 전선 도출부;로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 전선 도출부는 상기 전선이 상기 하우징에서 부분적으로 도출되어 있는 상태에서 상기 하우징을 가압하고 가열함으로써 제공될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수구조.
- 하우징의 전선 도출부에 대한 방수구조를 만드는 방법에 있어서,절연커버로 커버된 적어도 하나의 전선을 상기 전선 도출부를 통해서 상기 하우징에서 부분적으로 도출시키는 단계;방수부재가 서로 접합하고, 커버몸체에 의해 각각 운반되는 방식으로, 상기 전선 도출부에서 2개의 방수부재 사이에 상기 전선을 끼워놓는 단계; 그리고상기 커버몸체를 통해서 초음파에 의해 상기 방수부재를 진동시켜서, 상기 방수부재를 서로 융합시키고, 상기 방수부재를 상기 절연커버와, 융합시키고, 그리고 상기 커버몸체를 상기 하우징과 일체로 융합시키는 단계;로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
