Description
Claims (10)
- 외부 구동원의 구동에 의해 회전축이 회전함으로써 압축 동착을 행하는 압축기에서, 회전축의 외주면에 대하여 립부로써 접촉하는 고무제의 제 1 립링과, 제 1 립링에 대하여 압축기 외부측으로 배치되고, 회전축의 외주면에 대하여 립부로써 접촉하는 불소 수지제의 제 2 립링에 의해 회전축을 밀봉함으로써, 압축기 내부측에서 압축기 외부측으로 유체가 누설되는 것을 방지하는 압축기의 축 밀봉구조에 있어서, 상기 제 1 립링과 제 2 립링 사이에 자세 유지부재를 배치하고, 이 자세 유지부재에 의해 회전축의 외주면에 대한 제 1 립링의 립부의 접촉 자세를 백업 지지하도록 자세 유지부재는 회전축의 회전시에 유체를 제 2 립링측으로 누설하도록 회전축의 외주면에 대하여 제 1 립링의 접촉 자세를 설정하는 압축기의 축 밀봉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제 1 립링의 립부는 회전축의 축선 방향에서 소정의 접촉폭으로써 회전축에 접촉하고, 자세 유지부재는 회전축에 대하여 제 1 립링의 접촉압력의 피크가 접촉폭의 중간 보다도 압축기 외부축에 존재하도록 회전축에 대하여 제 1 립링의 접촉 자세를 설정하는 압축기의 축 밀봉구조.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 립링의 립부의 선단부에는 내경방향으로 돌출하는 뾰족한 형상의 돌출부가 형성되고, 제 1 립링의 립부는 돌출부의 선단으로써 회전축의 외주면에 환형 영역에서 접촉하고 있으며, 이 돌출부를 형성하는 압축기 내부측의 경사면이 회전축의 외주면에 대하여 이루어지는 각이 같은 돌출부를 형성하는 압축기 외부측의 경사면이 회전축의 외주면에 대하여 이루어지는 각 보다 작게 되도록, 회전축의 외주면에 대한 제 1 립링의 립부의 접촉 자세가 설정된 압축기의 축 밀봉구조.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자세 유지부재와 제 2 립링의 립부 사이에 공간이 확보되어 있는 축 압축기의 밀봉구조.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 립링의 립부와 회전축의 외주면의 접촉 구간에는 회전축의 회전에 의해 작동하는 펌프 구조가 구축되고, 이 펌프 구조에 의해 제 2 립링의 립부와 회전축의 외주면의 접촉 구간에 존재하는 유체가 압축기 내부측으로 이송되도록 구성된 압축기의 축 밀봉구조.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 펌프구조는 제 2 립링의 립부 또는 회전축의 외주면의 적어도 한편에 새겨진 펌프홈을 가지며, 이 펌프홈은 제 2 립링의 립부와 회전축의 외주면과의 접촉 구간에서 압축기 내부측의 구간에만 형성되고, 압축기 외부측의 구간에는 형성되지 않은 압축기의 축 밀봉구조.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 펌프홈은 제 2 립링의 축선을 중심으로 한 나선 형상을 이루는 압축기의 축 밀봉구조.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 압축기 내부측으로의 크랭크실과 실린더 보어가 구획되고, 크랭크실에 수용된 캠 플레이트는 회전축에 일체로 회전가능하면서 경사이동 가능하게 삽입되고, 실린더 보어에는 피스톤이 왕복운동 가능하게 수용되고, 크랭크실의 압력을 변경함으로써 크랭크실의 압력과 실린더 보어의 압력과의 피스톤을 통한 압력차를 변경하고, 그 압력차에 따라서 캠 플레이트의 경사각을 변경하여 토출용량을 제어하도록 구성된 압축기의 축 밀봉구조.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 캠 플레이트의 최소 경사각에 연동하여 외부 냉매회로 상의 냉매순환을 저지하는 냉매 순환 저지수단을 구비하고, 외부 구동원의 작동시에는 항상 회전축이 회전하도록 구성된 압축기의 축 밀봉구조.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 냉매 순환 저지수단에 의한 외부 냉매 회로상의 냉매 순환 저지시에는 내부에 토출압 영역, 크랭크실, 흡입압 영역 및 실린더 보어를 경유하는 유체의 순환 통로가 형성되고, 이 순환 통로를 구성하여 크랭크실과 흡입압 영역을 접속하는 통로는 크랭크실에 대하여 제 1 립링 부근에 개구되어 있는 축 압축기의 밀봉구조.
