Abstract
Description
ロータ部材と、前記ロータ部材に対して回転力を付与するステータ部材とを含むモータと、
前記ロータ部材の回転運動を、弁体の軸線方向運動に変換する動力伝達機構と、
前記モータと前記動力伝達機構を収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに連結され、前記弁体が離間または着座する弁座を備えたベース部材と、
を有し、
前記ハウジングは、第1の素材から形成された発熱部と、第2の素材から形成され前記発熱部に接合された受熱部と、を含み、前記第1の素材におけるレーザ光の透過率は、前記第2の素材におけるレーザ光の透過率よりも低い。
図1を参照して、第1の実施形態における電動弁1について説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態における電動弁1の概略を示す概略断面図である。
動力伝達機構120は、ロータ部材64と回転シャフト50との間を動力伝達可能に連結する部材である。動力伝達機構120は、複数の歯車を含む。動力伝達機構120は、遊星歯車機構を備えていてもよい。
このためホルダ150は、ステータ部材62等が配置される空間内に液体が浸入することを防止するとともに、弁体10の上端部12を収容する機能を有する。
次に、ハウジング4について説明する。ハウジング4は、カバー部材4aと、筒状部材4bとを有する。ハウジング4の筒状部材4bは、下側ベース部材2に一端をねじ止めされてなる、L字状に折り曲げられた板状のステー5を介して支持されている。
以下、第2の実施形態にかかる電動弁1Aについて説明する。本実施形態は、上述の実施形態に対し、ハウジングの形状が異なり、また角度センサを有していない。第1の素材と第2の素材は、上述した実施形態と同様のものを用いることができる。上述した実施の形態と同様の構成については、同じ符号を付して重複説明を省略する。

- ロータ部材と、前記ロータ部材に対して回転力を付与するステータ部材とを含むモータと、
前記ロータ部材の回転運動を、弁体の軸線方向運動に変換する動力伝達機構と、
前記モータと前記動力伝達機構を収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに連結され、前記弁体が離間または着座する弁座を備えたベース部材と、
を有し、
前記ハウジングは、第1の素材から形成された発熱部と、第2の素材から形成され前記発熱部に接合された受熱部と、を含み、前記第1の素材におけるレーザ光の透過率は、前記第2の素材におけるレーザ光の透過率よりも低い、
ことを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記発熱部は、前記受熱部を透過したレーザ光を前記発熱部に照射することにより、前記受熱部に溶着されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記ハウジングは、筒状部材と、前記筒状部材を遮蔽するカバー部材とを有し、
前記発熱部は前記筒状部材の一部であり、前記受熱部は前記カバー部材の一部である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電動弁。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記モータを駆動する駆動回路を備えた基板を保持し、前記筒状部材に、外部電源と接続可能なコネクタ部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動弁。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記筒状部材の端部を覆う蓋部を備え、前記発熱部が前記筒状部材の端部であり、前記受熱部が前記蓋部である
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の電動弁。 - 前記蓋部は、レーザ光の照射方向に対して交差する方向に沿って前記筒状部材の端部より外側にはみ出している、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電動弁。 - 前記蓋部の、前記筒状部材の端部と反対側の面は平面である、
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の電動弁。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記筒状部材の端部内側に嵌合する挿入部を備え、前記挿入部の外周面にリブを形成している、
ことを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電動弁。 - 前記モータが、前記筒状部材に配置されており、
前記ロータ部材の回転角度を検出する角度センサが、前記カバー部材に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電動弁。 - 前記ハウジングは、ハウジング本体と、前記ハウジング本体に連結される筒状部材と、前記筒状部材を遮蔽するカバー部材とを有し、
前記ハウジング本体が前記第1の素材により形成され、前記筒状部材が、前記第1の素材と前記第2の素材により形成され、前記カバー部材が前記第2の素材により形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電動弁。
