Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité de dispositif destinée à un corps de commande des gaz. Dans cette unité de dispositif, l'étanchéité est accrue entre un bloc de dispositif et un carter de dispositif grâce à une soudure à la résine. L'unité de dispositif de l'invention présente un bloc de dispositif 50 monté amovible ou non amovible sur le corps de commande des gaz 2 dans lequel un papillon de gaz 14 destiné à ouvrir et à fermer un alésage 7 est monté et présente au moins une partie de dispositif modularisé; et présente également un carter de dispositif 60 destiné à couvrir la partie de dispositif du bloc de dispositif 50. Une nervure 194, opposée à la périphérie complète d'une partie périphérique extérieure 206 du carter de dispositif 60 est formée sur le bloc de dispositif 50. Le carter de dispositif 60 est soudé par résine au bloc de dispositif 50, l'extrémité avant de la nervure 194 servant de partie à souder au bloc de dispositif. Le bloc de dispositif 50 présentant la nervure 194 est constitué d'une matière d'absorption en résine présentant un coefficient élevé d'absorption de faisceau laser. Le carter de dispositif 60 est constitué d'une matière de transmission de lumière en résine qui présente un coefficient élevé de transmission de faisceau laser. Le carter de dispositif 60 est soudé par résine au bloc de dispositif 50 à l'aide d'un faisceau laser.
