Description

泵和这种泵的组装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵,例如用于玻璃清洗液的泵,该泵用于在源头和至少一个喷嘴之间移动玻璃清洗液。另外,本发明涉及一种用于组装这种泵的组装方法。
本发明应用于液体泵的领域。尤其地,本发明可应用于玻璃清洗液的泵的设计和制造领域。
背景技术
图8示出现有技术的用于玻璃清洗液的泵101。泵101包括移动玻璃清洗液的叶轮102、驱动叶轮的电机104、包围电机104和叶轮102的第一主体111和第二主体112、在叶轮102和电机104之间的中间元件124以及垫片125。中间元件124封闭空腔,叶轮102容纳在该空腔中。垫片125压缩中间元件124以便将其保持就位。为了最小化泵101的重量,第一主体111和第二主体112由热塑材料构成。泵101的组件限定了空腔,叶轮102在该空腔中使玻璃清洗液运动。
如图8所示,现有技术的泵的组装方法包括一些步骤,这些步骤包括:堆叠内部组件,尤其是堆叠电机104、垫片125、中间元件124和叶轮102;然后将该堆叠部安置在第一主体111中。随后,操作者将第二主体112带到该堆叠部之上,然后嵌套第一主体111和第二主体112,第一主体111和第二主体112通过弹性卡夹而固定。
另外,当玻璃清洗液的压力升高时(3bars),玻璃清洗液通过垫片125的变形对中间元件124起作用。中间元件124倾向于摆动百分之几毫米。中间元件124的摆动减小了在空腔中的最大压力,因此减小了泵101工作的最大压力,这有引起工作压力的波动的危险。
另外,文献US20090324434A1描述了这种泵和一种摩擦焊接的方法,其包括使得泵的第一主体相对于泵的第二主体而旋转。通过摩擦而产生的发热形成了在第一主体和第二主体之间的焊接部。
然而,摩擦焊接引起塑料的毛刺,这需要毛刺遮挡件(US20090324434A1,图1F),这增加了泵的侧向尺寸。另外,摩擦焊接在第一主体和第二主体之间引起非计划的摩擦,这产生了损坏泵的表面状态和外观的划痕或痕迹。
发明内容
本发明尤其具有的目的是通过提供一种液体泵全部或部分地解决上述问题,该泵允许保留尤其能够快速组装的结构,同时保持空腔的体积的恒定。
出于该目的,本发明提供一种用于液体的泵,例如用于玻璃清洗液的泵,该泵用于在源头和至少一个喷嘴之间移动玻璃清洗液,所述泵至少包括:
-泵送部件,诸如叶轮,其用于使玻璃清洗液运动;
-驱动器,其被配置用于驱动所述泵送部件;
-第一主体和第二主体,第一主体和第二主体被配置用于包围所述驱动器和所述泵送部件的全部或者一部分,所述第一主体和所述第二主体各自由热塑材料构成;和
-中间元件,其布置在所述泵送部件和所述驱动器之间,所述中间元件和所述第二主体被构造用于限定至少一个空腔,所述泵送部件在所述空腔中可使玻璃清洗液运动,所述中间元件由热塑材料构成;
所述泵的特征在于,所述泵还包括至少一个远距离焊接部,优选地是激光焊接部,所述远距离焊接部被布置用于相对于所述第一主体和/或所述第二主体固定所述中间元件。
在本申请中,术语“包围”可表示完全或部分地环绕驱动器。例如,第一主体和第二主体可仅环绕驱动器的一部分;泵还可包括罩,罩被布置用于封闭第一主体,该罩限定环绕驱动器和泵送部件的外壳的一部分。
在本申请中,术语“远距离焊接部”表示由没有接触的焊接所产生的焊接部,尤其是激光焊接部。在本申请中,术语“激光焊接部”表示由通过至少一束激光束的焊接所产生的焊接部。作为该激光焊接部的替代,远距离焊接部可为红外焊接部。
因此,这种泵允许保留尤其能够快速组装的结构,同时保持空腔的体积的恒定。不仅当泵尤其在玻璃清洗液的高压之下工作时,而且随着时间的流逝不管热塑组件的蠕变,空腔的体积被保持恒定,事实上,远距离焊接部允许避免中间元件的位置的任何变化。换句话说,中间元件通过远距离焊接部而固定。空腔体积的保持恒定允许避免玻璃清洗液的压力波动,同时减小在现有技术中由这些波动所造成的振动噪音。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,所述中间元件与所述第一主体或与所述第二主体一起限定至少一个接触区域,在所述至少一个接触区域处,所述中间元件接触所述第一主体或者所述第二主体,所述至少一个远距离焊接部位于所述至少一个接触区域中。
根据本发明的一个变型例,所述第二主体覆盖所述中间元件的外部周边表面,所述外部周边表面优选地是具有圆形基部的圆柱形。
在这种结构中,中间元件直接焊接在第一主体和/或第二主体上,这减少了泵的组件的数量。尤其地,该结构避免在中间元件和第二主体之间安装密封垫片。
根据本发明的一个变型例,所述中间元件完全布置在所述空腔中。
根据本发明的一个变型例,中间元件不可被激光束透过,第二主体可被激光束透过。
根据本发明的一个变型例,所述接触区域具有介于1mm和4mm之间的高度,高度平行于轴向方向而测量,中间元件的周边围绕轴向方向而延伸。因此,该高度使得不需要非常准确地定位激光束,同时保证激光束产生远距离焊接部,仅当待焊接的组件接触时产生该远距离焊接部。
根据本发明的一个变型例,所述第二主体覆盖所述中间元件的外部周边表面,所述外部周边表面优选地是具有圆形基部的圆柱形。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,所述接触区域总体具有包括圆形基部的圆柱形形状。

因此,这种焊接线允许在中间元件的周边上建立密封,这避免在该处添加垫片。因此,泵的组装更快,并且泵在工作中以及在玻璃清洗液的高压之下具有较少的泄露危险。
根据本发明的一个变型例,所述泵包括多个远距离焊接部,所述多个远距离焊接部被布置用于相对于第二主体固定中间元件;例如,在中间元件的整个周边上延伸并且彼此平行的两个焊接线。
作为该实施方式的替代,所述至少一个远距离焊接部通过在中间元件的周边上分布的焊接点而形成。在焊接点的情况中,泵还可包括周边垫片以便使空腔密封。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,所述泵还包括至少一个第二远距离焊接部,所述至少一个第二远距离焊接部被布置用于相对于所述第二主体固定所述第一主体。
因此,这种第二远距离焊接部允许最大化中间元件相对于叶轮的固定,因此允许尽可能更恒定地保持空腔的体积,这允许最大化泵的性能,尤其是增加工作压力。另外,泵的组件的完全固定避免了噪音水平随着泵的使用寿命的变化。
根据本发明的一个变型例,所述第一主体和所述第二主体限定至少一个第二接触区域,在该第二接触区域中,第一主体接触第二主体,所述至少一个第二远距离焊接部位于所述至少一个第二接触区域中。

根据本发明的一个实施方式,所述热塑材料在由聚甲醛(POM)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)构成的组中选择,所述第二主体由可被激光束透过的材料构成。
因此,这种热塑材料允许可靠且持久的远距离焊接。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,构成所述中间元件的热塑材料与构成所述第二主体的热塑材料相似。
因此,存在于这种热塑材料上的一个或多个远距离焊接部是精确且耐久的。可被激光束透过的中间元件的外部周边表面可被激光束加热,激光束穿过可被激光束透过的第二主体。通过向其中加入特殊添加剂,每种热塑材料可被或不被激光束透过。
根据本发明的一个变型例,中间元件不可被激光束透过,中间元件例如是黑色的,然而第二主体可被激光束透过,第二主体例如是自然色的。
根据本发明的一个变型例,所述泵还包括布置在中间元件和驱动器之间的中央垫片。因此,这种中央垫片允许对空腔的一部分密封。
另外,本发明具有的目的是提供一种用于组装根据本发明的泵的组装方法,所述组装方法包括以下步骤:
-将所述驱动器安置在所述第一主体中,
-将所述中间元件安置在所述驱动器上,
-将所述泵送部件安置在所述中间元件上,
-嵌套所述第一主体和所述第二主体,使得所述第一主体和所述第二主体包围所述驱动器和所述泵送部件的全部或者一部分,并且使得所述中间元件和所述第二主体限定所述至少一个空腔,并且
-产生激光束,以便实现所述至少一个远距离焊接部。
因此,这种组装方法允许尤其快速的组装,同时产生一种泵,在该泵中空腔的体积被保持恒定,而不管在工作中的玻璃清洗液的压力。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,所述激光束具有直线的形状,并且将所述泵相对于所述激光束旋转,使得所述至少一个远距离焊接部在所述中间元件的周边上延伸。
根据本发明的一个变型例,所述激光束相对于所述泵的旋转速度介于1.0和15.0转/秒之间,优选地等于1.5转/秒。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,所述激光束是固定的,并且所述泵自身旋转,使得所述至少一个远距离焊接部在所述中间元件的周边上延伸。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,所述激光束具有环形的形状,并且将激光束围绕所述泵而安置,使得所述至少一个远距离焊接部在所述中间元件的周边上延伸。
根据本发明的一个变型例,所述至少一个远距离焊接部和所述至少一个第二远距离焊接部在通过激光束的焊接的两个连续步骤期间被实现。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,所述激光束具有介于50W和200W之间优选地约等于70W的功率,介于900nm和2000nm之间优选地约等于980nm的波长,和介于50mm和200mm之间优选地约等于100mm的焦距。

具体实施方式
图1,2和3示出用于玻璃清洗液的泵1,该泵被配置用于在未示出的玻璃清洗液的源头和未示出的喷嘴之间移动玻璃清洗液。
泵1包括泵送部件2,泵送部件被配置用于使玻璃清洗液运动。此处,泵送部件2由叶轮形成。
泵1还包括驱动器4,驱动器被配置用于驱动泵送部件2。因此,驱动器4包括轴4.5,该轴被被配置用于进入设置在泵送部件2中的互补的容腔中。此处,驱动器4由电机形成,电机可被连接舌片6和连接器7供给电功率。作为机械连接的电机替代,驱动器可包括运动发生器或驱动装置,运动发生器或驱动装置在转子和定子之间仅包括磁连接,转子可形成泵送部件的全部或者一部分。
当泵1在工作时,驱动器4使泵送部件2围绕轴向方向A而旋转。驱动器4呈现对称,对称轴线是轴向方向A。同样地,泵送部件2呈现对称,对称轴是轴向方向A。
另外,泵1包括被配置用于包围驱动器4和泵送部件2的第一主体11和第二主体12。第一主体11和第二主体12各自由例如聚甲醛(POM)的热塑材料构成。
泵1还包括中间元件24,中间元件布置在泵送部件2和驱动器4之间。
如图4所示,中间元件24具有围绕轴向方向A的大致环形的形状,该中间元件具有圆柱形的外部周边表面24.12,该圆柱形具有圆形基部并且与轴向方向A共轴。此处,中间元件24具有孔24.5。孔24.5围绕轴向方向A而延伸,并且其被配置用于驱动器4的轴4.5的通过。在包含轴向方向A的平面中的截面处,限定了中间元件24的环呈“U”形。
作为如图4所示的实施方式的替代,驱动器可不配备轴,例如没有电刷的电机的磁驱动器。在该情况中,中间元件可大致具有圆盘的形状并且因此不配备用于使驱动器的轴通过的孔。
此处,中间元件由例如聚甲醛(POM)的热塑材料构成。在图1至3的例子中,构成中间元件24的热塑材料与构成第二主体12的热塑材料相似。
第一主体11限定了第一容纳部11.4,第一容纳部适合于稳定地收纳驱动器4的一部分。第二主体12限定了第二容纳部12.4,第二容纳部适合于收纳泵送部件2和中间元件24。当泵1的组件位于第一容纳部11.4和/或第二容纳部12.4中时,第一主体11和第二主体12尤其地包围驱动器4和泵送部件2。
中间元件24和第二主体12被构造用于限定空腔26,在空腔中,泵送部件2可使玻璃清洗液运动。在图1至3的示例中,空腔26大致具有环形的形状。
为了使玻璃清洗液穿过泵1通过空腔26而流动,泵1具有进入孔27,来自玻璃清洗液的源头的玻璃清洗液的流F可通过该进入孔进入。另外,泵1具有排放孔28,玻璃清洗液的流F通过该排放孔可朝向玻璃清洗液的喷嘴而被压送。
在图1至3的示例中,进入孔27设置在进入接头12.27中,进入接头适合于尤其收纳未示出的进入管;排放孔28设置在排放接头12.28中,排放接头适合于收纳未示出的排放管。
泵1还包括远距离焊接部,例如激光焊接部30。激光焊接部30被布置用于相对于第二主体12固定中间元件24。激光焊接部30在图1至3上通过大黑点来表示。
此处,激光焊接部30包括焊接线,焊接线在中间元件24的整个外周边上延伸,因此完全围绕轴向方向A延伸。因为中间元件24是圆柱形的,激光焊接部30大致具有圆的形状,该圆在轴向方向A上定中心。该焊接线被配置用于在中间元件24的周边上建立密封性。
如图3所示,中间元件24和第二主体12限定接触区域12.24,在该接触区域处,中间元件24接触第二主体12。激光焊接部30位于接触区域12.24中。因此,中间元件24直接焊接在第二主体12上。
接触区域12.24具有约2.5mm的高度,该高度平行于轴向方向A而测量,中间元件24的周边围绕轴向方向A而延伸。在图1至3的例子中,接触区域12.24与中间元件的外部周边表面24.12相对应。
在图1至3的例子中,中间元件24通过嵌套而紧密配合地(即没有间隙地)布置在第二主体12中。第二主体12在外部周边表面24.12处覆盖中间元件24。此处,第二主体12位于中间元件24的外部,这方便了泵1的组装。
另外,泵1包括第二远距离焊接部,例如被布置用于相对于第二主体12固定第一主体11的第二激光焊接部32。第一主体11和第二主体12限定第二接触区域11.12,在第二接触区域中,第一主体11接触第二主体12。第二激光焊接部32位于第二接触区域11.12中。第二接触区域11.12具有约等于2.5mm的高度,该高度平行于轴向方向A而测量。
在这里,参照图4,第二主体12在周边接触面12.11处覆盖第一主体11,周边接触面是具有圆形基部并且与轴向方向A共轴的圆柱形。在图1至3的例子中,第二接触区域11.12对应于周边接触面12.11。第一主体11通过嵌套而紧密配合地(即没有间隙地)布置在第二主体12中。
如图6和7所表示,通过向其中加入特殊添加剂,每种热塑材料可被激光束38透过或不透过。在这里,中间元件24是黑色,因此不被激光束38透过,然而第二主体是自然色,因此可被激光束38透过。
因为中间元件24的外部周边表面不被激光束38透过,并且因为第二主体12被激光束38透过,中间元件24可被穿过第二主体12的激光束38加热。
另外,泵1还包括中间垫片40,该中间垫片布置在驱动器4和中间元件24之间。
图4,5,6,7示出根据本发明的用于组装泵1的组装方法的步骤。该组装方法包括以下步骤:
-将驱动器4安置在第一主体11的容纳部11.4中;
-将中间垫片40安置在中间元件24的孔24.5中;
-将中间元件24安置在所述驱动器4上;因此,驱动器4的轴4.5容纳在中间元件24的孔24.5中;
-通过使驱动器4的轴4.5穿过孔24.5,随后将轴4.5固定在设置在泵送部件2中的互补容腔中,而将泵送部件2安置在中间元件24上;
-嵌套第一主体11和第二主体12,使得第一主体11和第二主体12包围驱动器4和泵送部件2的全部,并且使得中间元件24和第二主体12限定空腔26;并且
-产生激光束38,以便实现激光焊接部30,该激光焊接部相对于第二主体12固定中间元件24。
因为焊接融合并且混合黑色的中间元件24和自然色的第二主体12中每个待焊接的组件的一部分,在通过激光束38的焊接步骤之后,通过观察暴露在激光束38下的区域的灰色,操作者可视地控制激光焊接部30的存在。
在图6和7的例子中,激光束38是直线的,并且将泵1相对于激光束38围绕轴向方向A旋转,使得激光焊接部30在中间元件24的周边上延伸。在这里,泵1围绕轴向方向A自身旋转活动地安装。此处,泵1相对于激光束38的旋转速度约等于1.5转/秒。
激光焊接部30和第二激光焊接部32在通过相同的激光束38的两个连续焊接步骤期间被实现,激光束的源头在这两个连续的步骤之间被移动。
替代地,在同一焊接步骤期间,激光焊接部和第二激光焊接部通过两个激光束或者通过被合适的光学装置一分为二的同一激光束而同时实现。
此处,激光束38具有约等于70W的功率、约等于980nm的波长和约等于100mm的焦距。
当然,本发明绝非仅限于在本专利申请中所描述的具体的实施方式,也绝非仅限于本领域技术人员所掌握的实施方式。使用与在本专利申请中所提到的元件等效的任何元件,在不超出本发明的范围的情况下可考虑其他的实施方式。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于液体的泵(1),例如用于玻璃清洗液的泵,所述泵用于在源头和至少一个喷嘴之间移动玻璃清洗液,所述泵(1)至少包括:
-泵送部件(2),诸如叶轮,其用于使玻璃清洗液运动;
-驱动器(4),其被配置用于驱动所述泵送部件(2);
-第一主体(11)和第二主体(12),所述第一主体(11)和所述第二主体(12)被配置用于包围所述驱动器(4)和所述泵送部件(2)的全部或者一部分,所述第一主体(11)和所述第二主体(2)各自由热塑材料构成;和

6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的泵(1),其特征在于,所述热塑材料在由聚甲醛(POM)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)构成的组中选择,所述第二主体(12)由可被激光束透过的材料构成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的泵(1),其特征在于,构成所述中间元件(24)的热塑材料与构成所述第二主体(12)的热塑材料相似。
8.一种用于组装根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的泵(1)的组装方法,所述组装方法包括以下步骤:
-将所述驱动器(4)安置在所述第一主体(11)中,
-将所述中间元件(24)安置在所述驱动器(4)上,
-将所述泵送部件(2)安置在所述中间元件(24)上,

11.根据权利要求8所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述激光束具有环形的形状,并且将激光束围绕所述泵而安置,使得所述至少一个远距离焊接部在所述中间元件的周边上延伸。
12.根据权利要求8至11中任一项所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述激光束(38)具有介于50W和200W之间优选地约等于70W的功率,介于900nm和2000nm之间优选地约等于980nm的波长,和介于50mm和200mm之间优选地约等于100mm的焦距。
