Abstract
Description
(1)細長い金属片が外筒の内周側に拡がる弧状の断面を持つ金属片である。
(2)細長い金属片の長さ(L)に対する湾曲部の頂部の高さ(H)の比率(H/L)で表される湾曲率が0.001乃至0.05の範囲にある。
(3)外筒部材の外周面に、長さ方向に沿って互いに平行に並ぶ、少なくとも三列の互いに同一の直径を持つ円周に沿って環状に形成されている突起を備える。
(4)上記外筒部材の内周部の両端部に密着状態で、ただし、該両端部に接合固定されることなく、弾性部材から形成された環状外筒補強部材が装着されている。
また、本発明の直動軸受を用いることにより、直動軸受に挿入された軸体(ロッド)の安定な(即ち、「ぶれ」や「がたつき」の少ない)直動が実現する。
Claims (6)
- 外周側鋼球循環路と内周側鋼球循環路とを含む無限鋼球循環路を複数条備え、該無限鋼球循環路に対面する領域に面状空間を備えた合成樹脂製の外筒部材、各無限鋼球循環路に収容配列された複数の鋼球、そして該面状空間に嵌め込まれた弧状断面を持つ合成樹脂製のプレート、但し、該合成樹脂製のプレートの内周側鋼球循環路の鋼球列に接する位置には、内周側鋼球循環路の鋼球列に沿う方向で細長い形状とされた金属片が備えられている、を含む直動軸受であって、上記の細長い金属片が、内周側鋼球循環路の鋼球列に沿う方向にて内周側が凸状となるように湾曲していることを特徴とする直動軸受。
- 上記の細長い金属片が外筒の内周側に拡がる弧状の断面を持つ金属片である請求項1に記載の直動軸受。
- 上記の細長い金属片の長さ(L)に対する湾曲部の頂部の高さ(H)の比率(H/L)で表される湾曲率が0.001乃至0.05の範囲にある請求項1もしくは2に記載の直動軸受。
- 上記外筒部材の外周面に、長さ方向に沿って互いに平行に並ぶ、少なくとも三列の互いに同一の直径を持つ円周に沿って環状に形成されている突起が備えられている請求項1に記載の直動軸受。
- 上記外筒部材の内周部の両端部に密着状態で、ただし、該両端部に接合固定されることなく、弾性部材から形成された環状外筒補強部材が装着されている請求項1に記載の直動軸受。
- 孔部を備えたハウジング、そして該孔部内に挿入固定された請求項1乃至5の内のいずれかの項に記載の直動軸受を含むハウジング付き直動軸受。
