なお、VPは、PRIプーリ41の右方向移動速度(変速速度)であり、NPは、PRIプーリ41の回転速度である。なお、定数は、50000程度の値である。
ここで、OP固有吐出量は、オイルポンプ1回転あたりに吐出されるオイル量である。
Claims (6)
- プライマリ油室とセカンダリ油室との間の油路に設けられたオイルポンプにより、前記プライマリ油室のオイルの出し入れを制御する、無段変速機の制御方法において、
運転状態に応じて前記オイルポンプに対する電流指令値を算出する電流指令値算出ステップと、
前記電流指令値を用いて前記オイルポンプを駆動させて、前記プライマリ油室のピストン位置を制御するポンプ制御ステップと、
前記プライマリ油室の油圧が、ベルト滑りが発生しない前記プライマリ油室の下限油圧を下回る場合には、前記電流指令値を前記ベルト滑りが発生しない下限電流に制限する電流制限ステップと、を備える無段変速機の制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機の制御方法であって、
前記電流制限ステップにおいて、
前記オイルポンプを前記電流指令値で動作させた場合の前記プライマリ油室の予測油圧を予測し、前記予測油圧が前記下限油圧を下回る場合には、前記電流指令値を前記下限電流に制限する、無段変速機の制御方法。 - 請求項2に記載の無段変速機の制御方法であって、
前記予測油圧は、前記セカンダリ油室の油圧と、前記電流指令値が流れる前記オイルポンプの前後にて生じる前後差圧とに基づいて算出される、無段変速機の制御方法。 - 請求項3に記載の無段変速機の制御方法であって、
前記前後差圧は、前記電流指令値と、前記オイルポンプの特性とに基づいて算出される、無段変速機の制御方法。 - 請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機の制御方法であって、
前記予測油圧は、変速していない場合における前記プライマリ油室の油圧の予測値と測定値との偏差に基づいて補正される、無段変速機の制御方法。 - プライマリ油室と、
セカンダリ油室と、
前記プライマリ油室と前記セカンダリ油室との間の油路に設けられたオイルポンプと、
前記オイルポンプを制御して、前記プライマリ油室のオイルの出し入れを制御するコントローラと、を備える無段変速機であって、
前記コントローラは、
運転状態に応じて前記オイルポンプに対する電流指令値を算出する電流指令値算出部と、
前記電流指令値を用いて前記オイルポンプを駆動させて、前記プライマリ油室のピストン位置を制御するポンプ制御部と、
前記プライマリ油室の油圧が、ベルト滑りが発生しない前記プライマリ油室の下限油圧を下回る場合には、前記電流指令値を前記ベルト滑りが発生しない下限電流に制限する電流制限部と、を備える無段変速機。
