Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、プーリ幅をそれぞれ変更可能なプライマリプーリ及びセカンダリプーリと、各プーリに掛け回されるベルトとを有し、プーリ幅が変化することで各プーリとベルトとの接触半径が変化して変速比が変化する無段変速機構と、各プーリをプーリ幅が縮小する方向に付勢するプーリ推力を、所定の余裕代を含むように演算するプーリ推力演算手段と、演算されたプーリ推力に基づいて各プーリへ供給する油圧を制御する油圧制御手段とを備えるベルト式無段変速機において、変速比を低下させるアップシフト中であるか否かを判定するアップシフト判定手段(S11)を備え、プーリ推力演算手段は、アップシフト中であると判定されたとき、所定の余裕代をアップシフト中であると判定されていないときより小さくする(S13)。

Claims (5)
- プーリ幅をそれぞれ変更可能なプライマリプーリ及びセカンダリプーリと、各プーリに掛け回されるベルトとを有し、前記プーリ幅が変化することで前記各プーリと前記ベルトとの接触半径が変化して変速比が変化する無段変速機構と、
前記各プーリを前記プーリ幅が縮小する方向に付勢するプーリ推力を、所定の余裕代を含むように演算するプーリ推力演算手段と、
演算された前記プーリ推力に基づいて前記各プーリへ供給する油圧を制御する油圧制御手段と、
を備えるベルト式無段変速機において、
前記変速比を低下させるアップシフト中であるか否かを判定するアップシフト判定手段を備え、
前記プーリ推力演算手段は、アップシフト中であると判定されたとき、前記所定の余裕代をアップシフト中であると判定されていないときより小さくすることを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記プーリ推力演算手段は、アップシフト中であると判定されたときの変速比が高いほど前記所定の余裕代の低下量を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記プーリ推力演算手段は、アップシフト中であると判定されてから所定時間遅れて前記所定の余裕代を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記プライマリプーリにはエンジンからトルクが入力され、
前記エンジンの回転速度の減少率が所定減少率より低いか否かを判定する減少率判定手段を備え、
前記プーリ推力演算手段は、前記エンジンの回転速度の減少率が前記所定減少率より低いと判定されたとき、前記所定の余裕代を現在の余裕代より大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のベルト式無段変速機。 - プーリ幅をそれぞれ変更可能なプライマリプーリ及びセカンダリプーリと、各プーリに掛け回されるベルトとを有し、前記プーリ幅が変化することで前記各プーリと前記ベルトとの接触半径が変化して変速比が変化するベルト式無段変速機の変速制御方法において、
前記各プーリを前記プーリ幅が縮小する方向に付勢するプーリ推力を、所定の余裕代を含むように演算することと、
演算された前記プーリ推力に基づいて前記各プーリへ供給する油圧を制御することと、
前記変速比を低下させるアップシフト中であるか否かを判定することと、
アップシフト中であると判定されたとき、前記所定の余裕代をアップシフト中であると判定されていないときより小さくすることと、
を含むことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機の変速制御方法。
