Description
また、バランス圧とプライマリプーリ11の残存圧との差が大きいほど変速速度の上限値は高く(時定数は小さく)設定されるので、差推力に基づいて実現可能な変速速度を適切に設定することができ、実変速比が目標変速比に追従できなくなることを防止できる。(請求項2に対応)
さらに、変速速度の上限値が高いほど目標変速比は高く設定されるので、実変速比が目標変速比に追従できなくなることを防止できる。(請求項3に対応)
以上説明した実施形態に限定されることなく、その技術的思想の範囲内において種々の変形や変更が可能である。

Claims (3)
- プライマリプーリとセカンダリプーリとにベルトを掛け回し、各プーリへの供給圧を制御することで各プーリの可動シーブが変位して変速比が変化するように構成される無段変速機構と、前記プライマリプーリへの供給圧であるプライマリ圧を制御する変速制御弁と、前記無段変速機構の目標変速比に対応した位置に変速アクチュエータを駆動させることによって前記変速制御弁をプライマリ圧が変化する位置に移動させるとともに、プライマリ圧が変化して前記プライマリプーリの可動シーブが変位することで前記変速制御弁をプライマリ圧が保持される位置に戻すリンク機構とを備えるベルト式無段変速機の変速制御装置において、
前記プライマリプーリの可動シーブの変位速度とプライマリ圧を排出する前記変速制御弁のドレン側通路の開口面積とに基づいてプライマリ圧の最低発生圧を推定する最低発生圧推定手段と、
前記プライマリ圧の最低発生圧に基づいて前記無段変速機構の変速速度の上限値を演算する変速速度上限値演算手段と、
前記変速速度の上限値に基づいて前記無段変速機構の目標変速比を設定する目標変速比設定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機の変速制御装置。 - 前記変速速度上限値演算手段は、前記無段変速機構の変速比が平衡状態にあるときのプライマリ圧と前記プライマリ圧の最低発生圧との差が大きいほど前記無段変速機構の変速速度の上限値を高く設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機の変速制御装置。
- 前記目標変速比設定手段は、前記変速速度の上限値が高いほど前記無段変速機構の目標変速比を高く設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のベルト式無段変速機の変速制御装置。
