Claims (2)
- 2枚のガラス板にスクライブ線を形成するスクライブ線形成装置と、2枚のガラス板を折割するガラス板折割装置と、2枚のガラス板の周縁を研削するガラス板周縁研削装置と、これらスクライブ線形成装置、ガラス板折割装置及びガラス板周縁研削装置の夫々に対してガラス板を2枚ずつ搬入及び搬出するガラス板搬送装置とを具備しており、ガラス板周縁研削装置における2枚のガラス板に対する周縁の同時的な研削におけるXY座標系の制御移動が互いに独立して行われるようになっているガラス板加工装置。
- 2枚のガラス板にスクライブ線を形成するスクライブポジションと、2枚のガラス板を折割する折割ポジションと、XY座標系で制御移動される2基のガラス板周縁研削装置で夫々対応のガラス板の周縁を研削する周縁研削ポジションと、これら各ポジションにガラス板を2枚ずつ置き換え搬送するガラス板搬送装置とを具備しており、2基のガラス板周縁研削装置のXY座標系の制御移動が互いに独立して行われるようになっているガラス板加工装置。
