図10および図11に示すように、リングギヤ82は、ドラム収容ケース61のモータ収容ケース42側に固定されるようになっている。具体的には、リングギヤ82は、ドラム収容ケース61のドラム収容部61aよりも径方向外側の部分で、モータ収容ケース42側に一体に設けられたリングギヤ装着部101に固定されている。つまり、実施の形態2においては、第2ケーシングとしてのドラム収容ケース61に、リングギヤ82が固定されている。
図10に示すように、キャリア84の外周には、ドラム63側に向けて斜めに屈曲された屈曲介在部106が一体に設けられている。この屈曲介在部106は、ドラム収容ケース61のドラム収容部61aの近傍で、かつモータ収容ケース42側に向けて斜めに開口された環状溝107の内部に介在されるようになっている。

発明の効果

本発明によれば、遊星歯車減速機のリングギヤがケーシングに固定され、当該ケーシングには、緩衝部材を介して車両に固定される車両固定部材が設けられている。したがって、平歯車で形成し得る遊星歯車減速機の採用による小型化はもちろんのこと、遊星歯車減速機からの低周波振動が緩衝部材によって車両に伝搬されるのを抑制することができる。これにより、固有振動数の低い車両の車体パネルが共振するのを防止できる。よって、車体パネルの共振に伴う騒音が車内に伝搬され、乗員に不快感を与えることを確実に防止できる。

Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載される開閉体を開閉する駆動ユニットであって、
内部に回転軸が回転自在に収容されるケーシングと、
前記ケーシングに固定されるリングギヤを備えた遊星歯車減速機と、
前記ケーシングに装着され、前記車両に固定される車両固定部材と、
前記ケーシングと前記車両固定部材との間に設けられる緩衝部材と、
を有する、駆動ユニット。 - 請求項1記載の駆動ユニットにおいて、
前記ケーシングは、
前記回転軸を回転させる電動モータが収容される第1ケーシングと、
前記車両固定部材が装着される第2ケーシングと、
を備え、
前記リングギヤは前記第1ケーシングに固定され、
前記第2ケーシングには前記リングギヤと当接する当接部が設けられる、駆動ユニット。 - 請求項1記載の駆動ユニットにおいて、
前記ケーシングは、
前記回転軸を回転させる電動モータが収容される第1ケーシングと、
前記車両固定部材が装着される第2ケーシングと、
を備え、
前記リングギヤは前記第2ケーシングに固定される、駆動ユニット。
