Claims (12)
- 電動モータと、その電動モータのロータから出力される回転を減速する減速機と、その減速機から出力される回転を駆動車輪に伝達するハブ輪とからなり、前記減速機が、前記電動モータによって回転駆動される入力軸と、その入力軸に設けられた偏心軸部に回転自在に支持された外歯車と、減速機ケーシング内に組み込まれて回り止めされ、内周に外歯車の外周に形成された外歯が噛合される内歯が形成され、その内歯の歯数が外歯より多くされた内歯車と、前記外歯車の回転軸心を中心とする一つの円上に等間隔に形成された複数のピン孔のそれぞれに余裕をもって挿入された内ピンと、その内ピンを支持し、前記入力軸を中心にして回転自在に支持されたピンホルダと、そのピンホルダに接続されて前記入力軸と同軸上に配置された出力軸とを有し、前記入力軸の回転により前記外歯車を偏心揺動運動させて、その外歯車の自転を前記内ピンおよびピンホルダを介して出力軸から出力するようにしたサイクロイド減速機とされた車輪駆動装置において、
前記ピンホルダに支持された軸受によって前記内歯車を回転自在に支持し、前記減速機ケーシングに対して前記内歯車を回り止めする回り止め手段が、内歯車を弾性支持する弾性支持機能を有してなることを特徴とする車輪駆動装置。 - 前記弾性支持機能付き回り止め手段が、前記減速機ケーシングと前記内歯車の軸方向の対向面における一方に、複数のブッシュ組込孔を周方向に間隔をおいて設け、その複数のブッシュ組込孔のそれぞれ内部に弾性変形可能な円筒状の弾性ブッシュを組込み、前記対向面における他方には複数の弾性ブッシュのそれぞれと対向する位置に支持ピンを設け、その支持ピンを弾性ブッシュに挿入した構成からなる請求項1に記載の車輪駆動装置。
- 前記弾性支持機能付き回り止め手段が、前記減速機ケーシングと前記内歯車の軸方向の対向面における一方に環状板を取付け、その環状板の周方向に間隔をおいて複数のブッシュ組込孔を形成し、その複数のブッシュ組込孔のそれぞれ内部に弾性変形可能な円筒状の弾性ブッシュを組込み、前記対向面における他方には複数の弾性ブッシュのそれぞれと対向する位置に支持ピンを設け、その支持ピンを弾性ブッシュに挿入した構成からなる請求項1に記載の車輪駆動装置。
- 前記弾性ブッシュが、ブッシュ組込孔に対する嵌め合いと支持ピンに対する嵌め合いの少なくとも一方の嵌め合いがすきま嵌めによる嵌め合いとされた請求項2又は3に記載の車輪駆動装置。
- 前記弾性ブッシュが、径の異なる一対の金属リング間にゴムを設けて加硫接着したゴムブッシュからなる請求項2乃至4のいずれかの項に記載の車輪駆動装置。
- 前記ゴムが、耐油性ゴムからなる請求項5に記載の車輪駆動装置。
- 前記耐油性ゴムが、ニトリルゴム、水素添加ニトリルゴム、アクリルゴム、フッ素ゴムの一種からなる請求項6に記載の車輪駆動装置。
- 前記弾性支持機能付き回り止め手段が、前記減速機ケーシングの内径面に嵌合可能な大径円筒体と前記内歯車の外径面に嵌合固定される小径円筒体の径方向の対向面間に弾性部材を介在させて固着一体化した環状緩衝体をケーシングの内径面と内歯車の外径面に嵌合し、前記大径円筒体とケーシングの嵌合面における一方に溝状の凹部を形成し、他方に突部を設け、その突部を前記凹部に係合してケーシングに環状緩衝体を回り止めした構成からなる請求項1に記載の車輪駆動装置。
- 前記減速機の出力軸上にハブ輪を設け、そのハブ輪を出力軸により回転させて、車輪の駆動方式をインホイールモータ方式とした請求項1乃至8のいずれかの項に記載の車輪駆動装置。
- 前記減速機の出力軸に前記ハブ輪を嵌合し、そのハブ輪と出力軸とをスプラインによって回り止めし、かつ、軸方向にスライド自在に連結した請求項1乃至9のいずれかの項に記載の車輪駆動装置。
- 前記減速機の出力軸に前記ハブ輪を嵌合し、そのハブ輪と出力軸とをボールスプラインによって回り止めし、かつ、軸方向にスライド自在に連結した請求項1乃至9のいずれかの項に記載の車輪駆動装置。
- 前記減速機の出力軸に駆動軸を接続し、その駆動軸にハブ輪を接続し、そのハブ輪を駆動軸により回転させて、車輪の駆動方式をオンボード方式とした請求項1乃至8のいずれかの項に記載の車輪駆動装置。
