Abstract
Description
まず、本発明の思想を適用可能な油圧ショベルの構成について説明する。
本実施の形態の油圧ショベル1は、図9に示すように、旋回フレーム31上に設けられたマウント部材130と、マウント部材130上に搭載された燃料タンク36とを備えている。燃料タンク36は、旋回フレーム31の側縁31eよりも外側に張り出す側面36sを有している。油圧ショベル1はさらに、マウント部材130を側方から覆う外装カバー150と、エンジン7の冷却水を還元剤タンク20へ導く冷却水配管17,18と、補強プレート140とを備えている。冷却水配管17,18は、燃料タンク36の下方の、マウント部材130および外装カバー150により挟まれた空間を経由して配置されている。補強プレート140は、冷却水配管17,18に対し外側、かつ外装カバー150に対し内側に設けられている。
Claims (4)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンからの排気ガスを還元反応により処理する排気処理装置と、
前記排気処理装置の前方に配置され、前記排気処理装置に供給される還元剤を蓄える還元剤タンクと、
前記エンジン、前記排気処理装置、および前記還元剤タンクを搭載する旋回フレームと、
前記排気処理装置の前方、かつ前記還元剤タンクの後方において、前記旋回フレーム上に設けられたマウント部材と、
前記マウント部材上に搭載され、前記旋回フレームの側縁よりも外側に張り出す側面を有する、燃料タンクと、
前記マウント部材を側方から覆う外装カバーと、
前記燃料タンクの下方の、前記マウント部材および前記外装カバーにより挟まれた空間を経由して配置され、前記エンジンの冷却水を前記還元剤タンクへ導く冷却水配管と、
前記冷却水配管に対し外側、かつ前記外装カバーに対し内側に設けられた補強プレートとを備える、油圧ショベル。 - 前記補強プレートは、側面視において前記マウント部材と重なる位置に設けられている、請求項1に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記補強プレートは、側面視において前記補強プレートと重なる前記冷却水配管の上端と下端との間に形成された屈曲部を有する、請求項1または2に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記冷却水配管を前記旋回フレームに対して支持するクランプ部材をさらに備えた、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ショベル。
