Abstract
Description
まず、本発明の思想を適用可能な油圧ショベルの構成について説明する。
本実施の形態の油圧ショベル1は、図5に示すように、後方脚部180を備えている。後方脚部180は、排気処理装置12,14を旋回フレーム31に対して支持する脚部を構成している。後方脚部180は、図9に示すように、断面U字形状に形成された本体部180mを有しており、本体部180mのU字形の開いた側がカウンタウェイト5に対向している。カウンタウェイト5には、本体部180mのU字形の一対の先端部182,183が各々挿入される溝状の一対の凹部52,53が形成されている。
Claims (4)
- 旋回フレームと、
前記旋回フレーム上に配置されたエンジンと、
前記エンジンからの排気ガスを処理する排気処理装置と、
前記エンジンの後方において前記旋回フレーム上に配置されたカウンタウェイトと、
前記排気処理装置を前記旋回フレームに対して支持する脚部とを備え、
前記脚部は、断面U字形状に形成された本体部を有し、前記本体部のU字形の開いた側が前記カウンタウェイトに対向し、
前記カウンタウェイトには、前記本体部のU字形の一対の先端部が各々挿入される溝状の一対の凹部が形成されている、油圧ショベル。 - 前記脚部は、その下端に、前記旋回フレームに固定される板状の固定部を有し、
前記カウンタウェイトには、前記固定部が挿入される第2の凹部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の油圧ショベル。 - 前記固定部は、平面視で前記本体部のU字形の前記一対の先端部に挟まれる領域において前記旋回フレームに固定される、請求項2に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記油圧ショベルは、後方小旋回型である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ショベル。
