Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係るホイールローダ100は、次の特徴を有する。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない限りにおいて種々の変更が可能である。
上記実施形態では、第2端部72及び第4端部92は、ラジエータ4及び冷却ファン5の前方に位置していたが、特にこれに限定されない。例えば、第2端部72及び第4端部92は、ラジエータ4の後方であって、冷却ファン5の前方に位置していてもよい。すなわち、第2及び第4端部72,92は、前後方向において、ラジエータ4と冷却ファン5との間に位置していてもよい。
上記実施形態では、第1外気吸入口84の全体がラジエータ4及び冷却ファン5の前方に位置しているが、特にこれに限定されない。例えば、前後方向において、第1外気吸入口84の少なくとも一部がラジエータ4及び冷却ファン5の前方に位置していれば、第1外気吸入口84の後端部がラジエータ4の後方に位置していてもよい。
上記実施形態では、2本のダクト本体部7,9が設置されているが、特にこれに限定されない。すなわち、第1及び第2ダクト本体部7,9のどちらか一方のみを設置してもよい。
上記実施形態では、3つの外気吸入口84、87、89が形成されていたが、外気吸入口の数は特に限定されない。例えば、第1、第2、及び第3外気吸入口84,87のいずれか1つだけが形成されていてもよい。
上記実施形態では、天板81を取り外し可能に構成されているが、特にこれに限定されない。例えば、天板81は、車体フレーム150に揺動可能に取り付けられていてもよい。具体的には、天板81は、ヒンジを介して車体フレーム150に取り付けられていてもよい。
上記実施形態におけるディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルタ装置121の代わりに、ディーゼル用酸化触媒(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst: DOC)を用いてもよい。
上記実施形態では、本発明を適用したホイールローダ100を説明したが、本発明は、モータグレーダなどの他の作業車両にも適用することができる。

- エンジンルームと、
冷却室と、
前記エンジンルームと前記冷却室とを仕切る隔壁と、
前記冷却室に収容され、前記冷却室内から排気する冷却ファンと、
前記エンジンルームの上面を画定する開放可能な天板と、
前記エンジンルーム内に位置する第1端部、及び前記冷却室内に位置する第2端部、を有し、前記天板に取り付けられる第1ダクト本体部と、
を備え、
前記隔壁は、上端部に切り欠き部を有しており、
前記第1ダクト本体部は、前記切り欠き部を介して、前記エンジンルームと前記冷却室とに亘って延びる、
作業車両。 - エンジンルームと、
冷却室と、
前記エンジンルームと前記冷却室とを仕切る隔壁と、
前記冷却室に収容され、前記冷却室内から排気する冷却ファンと、
前記エンジンルームの上面を画定する開放可能な天板と、
前記エンジンルーム内に位置する第1端部、及び前記冷却室内に位置する第2端部、を有し、前記天板に取り付けられる第1ダクト本体部と、
を備え、
前記天板は、前記エンジンルームの上面を画定する天板本体部と、前記天板本体部から下方に延びる脚部と、を有しており、
前記第1ダクト本体部の下端は、前記脚部の下端よりも上方に位置する、
作業車両。 - 前記エンジンルーム内に配置される第1冷却対象部材と、
前記第1ダクト本体部の第1端部から前記第1冷却対象部材に向かって延びる第1吸入部と、
をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の作業車両。 - 前記第1吸入部は、前記第1ダクト本体部の第1端部に取り外し可能に取り付けられる、
請求項3に記載の作業車両。 - 前記エンジンルーム内に配置される第2冷却対象部材と、
前記第1ダクト本体部の第1端部から前記第2冷却対象部材に向かって延びる第2吸入部と、
をさらに備える、請求項3又は4に記載の作業車両。 - 前記第1ダクト本体部における流路面積は、前記第1吸入部の流路面積よりも大きく、第2吸入部の流路面積よりも大きい、
請求項5に記載の作業車両。 - 前記エンジンルーム内に位置する第3端部、及び前記冷却室内に位置する第4端部、を有し、前記天板に取り付けられる第2ダクト本体部、
をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の作業車両。
