Abstract
Description
まず、本発明の思想を適用可能な油圧ショベルの構成について説明する。
本実施の形態の油圧ショベル1は、図4に示すように、エンジン7からの排気ガスを還元反応により処理する排気処理装置14と、排気処理装置14の前方に配置され、排気処理装置14に供給される還元剤90を蓄える還元剤タンク20とを備えている。油圧ショベル1はさらに、図7,8に示すように、還元剤タンク20と排気処理装置14とをつなぐ経路を構成する配管部25Aと、配管部25Aに沿って配置されたダクト構成部材100と、車体の側面の一部を構成する開閉可能な外装カバー61とを備えている。図11に示すように、閉じた状態の外装カバー61と、ダクト構成部材100とは、配管部25Aを内部に収容するダクト部110を構成している。
Claims (5)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンからの排気ガスを還元反応により処理する排気処理装置と、
前記排気処理装置の前方に配置され、前記排気処理装置に供給される還元剤を蓄える還元剤タンクと、
前記還元剤タンクと前記排気処理装置とをつなぐ経路を構成する配管と、
前記配管に沿って配置されたダクト構成部材と、
車体の側面の一部を構成する開閉可能な外装カバーとを備え、
閉じた状態の前記外装カバーと、前記ダクト構成部材とは、前記配管を内部に収容するダクト部を構成し、
前記還元剤タンクの後方に配置された仕切板をさらに備え、前記仕切板は、前記還元剤タンクを収容するタンクルームを規定し、
前記ダクト部の内部空間は、前記タンクルームに直接連通する、油圧ショベル。 - 前記ダクト部は、閉じた状態の前記外装カバーの上縁に沿って設けられる、請求項1に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記ダクト構成部材は、前記外装カバーと間隔を空けて対向する縦部材と、前記縦部材の下縁に取り付けられた横部材とを有する、請求項1または2に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記外装カバーは、板状のプレート部を有し、
前記外装カバーを閉じた状態で、前記プレート部は、前記ダクト構成部材との間で前記ダクト部を構成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ショベル。 - 前記油圧ショベルは、後方小旋回型である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ショベル。
