Claims (4)
- 自走可能な下部走行体と、該下部走行体に旋回可能に搭載された上部旋回体とからなり、
前記上部旋回体は、支持構造体をなす旋回フレームと、該旋回フレームの後側に設けられたカウンタウエイトと、該カウンタウエイトの前側に位置して前記旋回フレーム上に左,右方向に延在する横置き状態で設けられたエンジンと、該エンジンの左,右方向の一側に設けられ前記エンジンを動力源として回転することにより外部の空気を冷却風として吸込む冷却ファンと、該冷却ファンよりも冷却風の流れ方向の上流側に位置して前記冷却ファンと対面して設けられ冷却風によって流体を冷却する熱交換装置と、左側面板、右側面板および上面板を含んで形成され前記旋回フレーム上に前記エンジンおよび前記熱交換装置を含む搭載機器を収容する機械室を形成する外装カバーと、前記エンジンの排気管に設けられ排気ガス中の窒素酸化物を除去する尿素選択還元触媒を備えた排気ガス浄化装置と、該排気ガス浄化装置に設けられ還元剤である尿素水を前記尿素選択還元触媒の上流側に噴射する尿素水噴射弁と、該尿素水噴射弁に供給される尿素水を貯える尿素水タンクと、前記機械室内を通って該尿素水タンクと前記尿素水噴射弁との間を接続し前記尿素水噴射弁に供給される尿素水が流通する尿素水供給管路とを備えてなる建設機械において、
前記カウンタウエイトの前側に配置され前記外装カバーを支持するサポート部材と、
前記サポート部材に設けられ、前記サポート部材との間に前記尿素水供給管路を収容する管路収容空間を形成すると共に、前記エンジンからの熱を遮る遮熱カバーとを備え、
前記サポート部材には、前記カウンタウエイトと対面する部位に前記管路収容空間を外気に開放する開口部が設けられ、
前記サポート部材の前記カウンタウエイトと対面する面には、前記機械室と前記開口部との間を仕切る断熱部材が設けられていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記管路収容空間に収容される前記尿素水供給管路は、断熱材によって覆われる構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記機械室は、前記熱交換装置よりも冷却風の流れ方向の上流側に位置する熱交換装置上流室と、前記熱交換装置よりも冷却風の流れ方向の下流側に位置して前記エンジンが配置されたエンジン室とを有し、
前記尿素水タンクは、前記熱交換装置上流室内に配置され、
前記尿素水供給管路は、前記熱交換装置上流室から前記エンジン室を通って前記尿素水噴射弁に接続され、
前記サポート部材と前記遮熱カバーとの間に形成される前記管路収容空間は、前記尿素水供給管路のうち前記エンジン室内に配置される部位を収容する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記サポート部材は、前記旋回フレームから上,下方向に延びる複数の縦サポート部材と、左,右方向に延びる横サポート部材とを含んで構成し、
前記横サポート部材は、前記縦サポート部材と前記熱交換装置とに取付ける構成とし、
前記遮熱カバーは、前記横サポート部材に取付ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
