Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン14の排気通路に配設され、エンジン14の排ガス中の浮遊粒子状物質を捕集するPM捕集フィルタ20、及びエンジン14の排ガス中の窒素酸化物を還元浄化する尿素還元触媒22と、尿素水をエンジン14の排気通路に噴霧する尿素水噴霧装置23と、尿素水を尿素水噴霧装置23へ供給する尿素水供給装置25と、この尿素水供給装置25に導かれる尿素水を貯える尿素水タンク24とを含む油圧ショベルのNOx低減装置の配設構造において、カウンタウエイト12に凹部12aを形成し、この凹部12a内に尿素還元触媒22を配置し、エンジン室11内にPM捕集フィルタ20を配置し、尿素還元触媒22とPM捕集フィルタ20とがL字となる構成にしてある。

Claims (4)
- エンジン室と、このエンジン室に隣接されて車体の後方位置に設けられ、車体の安定性を保つカウンタウエイトとを有し、上記エンジン室に、エンジンと、このエンジンによって駆動する油圧ポンプとを配置した建設機械に備えられ、
上記エンジンの排気通路に配設され、上記エンジンの排ガス中に含まれる浮遊粒子状物質を捕集するPM捕集フィルタ、及び上記エンジンの排ガス中に含まれる窒素酸化物を還元浄化する還元触媒と、還元剤を上記エンジンの排気通路に噴霧する還元剤噴霧装置と、還元剤を上記還元剤噴霧装置へ供給する還元剤供給装置と、この還元剤供給装置に導かれる還元剤を貯える還元剤貯蔵タンクとを含む建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造において、
上記カウンタウエイトに凹部を形成し、この凹部内に上記還元触媒を配置し、上記エンジン室内に上記PM捕集フィルタを配置したことを特徴とする建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造。 - 上記請求項1記載の建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造において、
熱交換器を冷却する風を生起させるファンを有するとともに、
上記カウンタウエイトの上記凹部内に、上記還元剤貯蔵タンクと、上記還元剤供給装置とを配置したことを特徴とする建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造。 - 上記請求項1記載の建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造において、
上記エンジンの排気通路を形成する上記エンジンと上記PM捕集フィルタとを連絡する配管、及び上記PM捕集フィルタと上記還元触媒とを連絡する配管のそれぞれに、振動吸収管を備えたことを特徴とする建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造。 - 上記請求項1記載の建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造において、
上記PM捕集フィルタを固定する固定プレートと、この固定プレートを支持するブラケットとを設けるとともに、これらの固定プレートとブラケットとの間に振動吸収部材を介在させたことを特徴とする建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造。
