Definitions
- the present invention relates to a reducing agent tank and a work vehicle.
- Exhaust treatment devices are installed in work vehicles such as hydraulic excavators, bulldozers, and wheel loaders.
- Examples of the exhaust treatment device include a diesel particulate filter device (DPF), a diesel oxidation catalyst device (DOC), and a selective reduction catalyst device (SCR).
- DPF diesel particulate filter device
- DOC diesel oxidation catalyst device
- SCR selective reduction catalyst device
- Especially selective reduction catalyst device is to purify the reduced to the exhaust gas NO x in the exhaust gas by using urea as a precursor of a reducing agent (nitrogen oxides).
- the reducing agent (urea water) used for the exhaust treatment is supplied from the reducing agent tank to the reducing agent injection device through the reducing agent pipe. If the reducing agent remains in the reducing agent pipe after the engine is stopped, the reducing agent may be solidified in the pipe and the pipe may be clogged.
- a process for recovering the reducing agent in the reducing agent pipe to the reducing agent tank is performed.
- this purge process bubbles are also collected in the reducing agent tank together with the remaining reducing agent in the reducing agent pipe.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a reducing agent tank and a work vehicle that can suppress a reducing agent suction failure due to bubbles and can ensure a large surface area of a filter portion. It is.
- the reducing agent tank of the present invention includes a container body, piping, and a filter.
- the container body is for storing the reducing agent.
- the pipe has a suction port located in the container main body, and is for guiding the reducing agent to the outside of the container main body from the suction port.
- the filter is provided at the suction port of the pipe.
- the filter has a surrounding part and an opposing part.
- the surrounding portion includes a first filter portion that surrounds the internal space of the filter to partition the internal space and the external space of the filter, and allows the reducing agent to pass between the internal space and the external space. Yes.
- the facing portion extends into the inner space of the surrounding portion, thereby facing the first filter portion with a gap space communicating with the suction port in the inner space, and partitioning the gap space and the outer space. Yes.
- reducing agent the reducing agent and the precursor of the reducing agent are collectively referred to as “reducing agent”.
- the facing portion extends into the internal space of the surrounding portion.
- the volume of the gap space sandwiched between the facing portion and the surrounding portion can be reduced.
- the amount of bubbles staying in the gap space of the filter by the purge process can be reduced. Therefore, when the reducing agent is sucked into the suction port when the engine is restarted, it is possible to suppress a large amount of bubbles from being sucked into the suction port, and it is possible to suppress poor suction of the reducing agent.
- the facing portion has a second filter portion that allows the reducing agent to pass between the gap space and the external space. Thereby, the area of a filter part can be enlarged further.
- the surrounding portion has a through hole that connects the suction port and the gap space.
- the facing portion has a tapered portion having a shape in which the size of the gap space between the surrounding portion and the facing portion increases as the distance from the surrounding portion approaches the through hole along the extending direction of the through hole.
- the first filter portion is disposed so as to surround the gap space. Thereby, the area of a filter part can be enlarged further.
- the surrounding portion has a surrounding portion that surrounds the inner space and a bottom portion that closes one end of the surrounding portion.
- An opening is formed at the other end of the peripheral portion.
- the facing portion has a lid portion attached to the other end and a protruding portion extending from the lid portion into the internal space.
- the gap space is located between the entire periphery of the protruding portion from the portion where the protruding portion is connected to the lid portion to the distal end portion of the protruding portion and the peripheral portion, and between the distal end portion and the bottom portion.
- the size of the gap space between the tip and the bottom is smaller than the thickness of the bottom. Thereby, it is possible to further reduce the size of the gap space between the tip portion and the bottom portion.
- the radial dimension of the protruding part is more than half of the radial dimension of the surrounding part. This makes it possible to further reduce the volume of the gap space.
- the work vehicle includes an engine, an exhaust treatment device, a reducing agent tank, and a reducing agent injection device.
- the exhaust treatment device is for treating exhaust gas from the engine by a reduction reaction.
- the reducing agent tank is any of the above reducing agents.
- the reducing agent injection device is for injecting the reducing agent sucked out from the reducing agent tank to the exhaust gas guided to the exhaust treatment device.
- the reducing agent tank described above since the reducing agent tank described above is provided, it is possible to suppress poor intake of the reducing agent and there is no influence of the reducing agent flow rate due to the reduced surface area of the filter portion. For this reason, it becomes possible to perform the reduction
- the present invention it is possible to realize a reducing agent tank and a work vehicle that can suppress the intake failure of the reducing agent due to bubbles and can secure a large surface area of the filter portion.

- the configuration of the filter 100 of the comparative example is not compared with the configuration of the present embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the facing portion 120 does not have the protruding portion 111, The difference is that it is composed of a flat lid portion 112 and a support portion 113 protruding to the side of the lid portion 112. Since the configuration of the comparative example other than this is almost the same as the configuration of the present embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
- the internal space 105 of the filter 100 is wider than the gap space 106 of the present embodiment. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 3, when the purge process is performed in the reducing agent tank 20 provided with the filter 100, a large amount of bubbles stay in the filter 100. For this reason, when the reducing agent 90 is sucked into the suction pipe 70 when the engine 10 is restarted, a large amount of air bubbles are sucked into the suction pipe 70, resulting in poor suction of the reducing agent 90 into the suction pipe 70, This leads to malfunction of the reducing agent pump 22.

- the amount of bubbles staying in the gap space 106 of the filter 100 by the purge process can be reduced. Therefore, when the reducing agent 90 is sucked into the suction port 70a when the engine is restarted, it is possible to suppress a large amount of bubbles from being sucked into the suction port 70a, and to suppress poor suction of the reducing agent 90. .
- the facing portion 120 may be extended to the internal space 105 of the surrounding portion 110 in order to reduce the volume of the gap space 106, and it is not necessary to reduce the size of the surrounding portion 110 itself. For this reason, a large surface area of the filter part 101a formed in the surrounding part 110 can be secured, and the flow rate of the reducing agent 90 can be prevented from being affected.
- the filter portion 101 a is arranged so as to surround the gap space 106. Thereby, the area of the filter unit 101a can be further increased.
- the dimension DA of the gap space between the tip end portion 111b and the bottom portion 102 is smaller than the thickness T of the bottom portion 102, the dimension DA of the gap space between the tip end portion 111b and the bottom portion 102 is further increased. It can be made smaller.
- the radial dimension of the protrusion 111a is more than half of the radial dimension of the surrounding part. This makes it possible to further reduce the volume of the gap space.
- the facing portion 120 becomes closer to the through hole 104 a along the extending direction of the through hole 104 a (the direction along the one-dot chain line C), and the gap space 106 between the surrounding portion 110 and the facing portion 120.
- the taper portion 111a 1 has a shape that increases the size DC. Thereby, the flow path resistance of the reducing agent 90 in the vicinity of the through hole 104a connected to the suction port 70a can be reduced, and the reducing agent 90 can be smoothly flowed to the suction port 70a.
- the facing portion 120 has a filter portion 111aa that allows the reducing agent 90 to pass between the gap space 106 and the external space of the filter 100, the entire area of the filter portion. Can be further increased by the amount of the filter portion 111aa.
