Claims (8)
- オイルポンプと油圧を蓄えるアキュムレータとの少なくともいずれか一方からアクチュエータに油圧を供給する供給油路と、前記アクチュエータから油圧をドレイン箇所に排出する排出油路とを備えた油圧制御装置において、
前記アクチュエータから油圧を排出すべき場合であってかつ前記アキュムレータの油圧が前記アクチュエータの油圧より低い場合に、前記アクチュエータから前記供給油路を介して前記アキュムレータに油圧を排出させる排出選択手段を備えていることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 前記供給油路に設けられて前記アキュムレータから前記アクチュエータに油圧を供給するための増圧用開閉弁と、
前記排出油路に設けられて前記アクチュエータから油圧を前記ドレイン箇所に排出するための減圧用開閉弁と、
前記供給油路に設けられて前記アキュムレータと前記アクチュエータとを選択的に連通する第1切替弁とを有し、
前記排出選択手段は、前記アクチュエータから油圧を排出すべき場合であってかつ前記アキュムレータの油圧が前記アクチュエータの油圧より低い場合に、前記第1切替弁によって前記アキュムレータと前記アクチュエータとを連通するとともに、前記増圧用開閉弁を開弁させかつ前記減圧用開閉弁を閉弁させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記減圧用開閉弁と前記アキュムレータとを連通する油路と、
前記油路に設けられて前記アクチュエータを前記アキュムレータと前記ドレイン箇所との少なくともいずれか一方に選択的に連通する第2切替弁とを有し、
前記排出選択手段は、前記アクチュエータから油圧を排出すべき場合であってかつ前記アキュムレータの油圧が前記アクチュエータの油圧より低い場合に、前記第2切換弁によって前記アキュムレータと前記アクチュエータとを連通するとともに、前記減圧用開閉弁を開弁させかつ前記増圧用開閉弁を閉弁させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記排出選択手段は、前記アクチュエータの油圧と前記アキュムレータの油圧との圧力差が予め定めた閾値よりも小さい場合と、前記アクチュエータから油圧を排出することによる前記アクチュエータの油圧の低下量が予め定めた閾値よりも小さい場合との少なくともいずれか一方の場合に、前記減圧用開閉弁を開弁するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記排出選択手段は、前記アクチュエータから油圧を排出すべき場合であってかつ前記アキュムレータの油圧が前記アクチュエータの油圧より低い場合に、前記アクチュエータの油圧を相対的に低い油圧が供給されて動作する箇所に供給するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記オイルポンプで発生させた油圧を前記アクチュエータと前記アキュムレータとに供給する第1の動作状態と、前記オイルポンプで発生させた油圧を前記アキュムレータに供給することなく前記アクチュエータに供給する第2の動作状態とを選択的に切り替える第3の切替弁とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記オイルポンプは、内燃機関によって駆動される機械式オイルポンプと、電動機によって駆動される電動オイルポンプとを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記アクチュエータは、ベルト式無段変速機におけるベルトが巻き掛けられるプーリの溝幅を狭めるように油圧が供給される油圧室を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の油圧制御装置。
