Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明が適用された常用ブレーキ用のブレーキペダル装置10の正面図で、車両に一体的に固設されるペダルサポート11に略水平な第1支持軸12の軸心O1 まわりに回動可能に操作ペダル14が配設されているとともに、その軸心O1 と略平行な第2支持軸16の軸心O2 まわりに回動可能に回動部材18が配設されており、それ等の操作ペダル14と回動部材18とに跨がって一対の連結リンク20a、20bがそれ等を挟むように両側(図1の表裏側)に配設されている。第1支持軸12の軸心O1 は第1軸心で、第2支持軸16の軸心O2 は第2軸心に相当する。図1は、連結リンク20a、20bによる連結部位が見えるようにペダルサポート11の手前側の側板の一部を切り欠いて示した図である。
Claims (2)
- 第1軸心まわりに回動可能に配設され、運転者によって踏込み操作される操作ペダルと、
前記第1軸心と平行な第2軸心まわりに回動可能に配設されるとともに、連結リンクを介して前記操作ペダルに連結され、該操作ペダルの踏込み操作に連動して機械的に該第2軸心まわりに回動させられる回動部材と、
を有する車両用操作ペダル装置に関し、
前記連結リンクと前記操作ペダルおよび前記回動部材とをそれぞれ相対回動可能に連結する一対の連結部の少なくとも一方には、一端に大径頭部が設けられた連結ピンの円柱形状の軸部が該連結部を貫通するように配設され、該連結部から反対側へ突き出す先端部分に抜止め部が設けられることにより、該大径頭部側へ抜け出すことが阻止されるリンク連結構造において、
前記軸部が前記連結部を貫通させられた状態で前記先端部分が軸方向へ潰されるように塑性変形させられることにより、該先端部分が該軸部の初期径寸法よりも大径とされて前記抜止め部が構成されているとともに、
前記連結部の相対回動が許容されるよう該連結部ないし前記大径頭部が互いに密着させられた状態で該連結部と前記抜止め部との間に所定の隙間が形成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用操作ペダル装置のリンク連結構造。 - 前記連結リンクは、前記操作ペダルおよび前記回動部材を挟んで両側に一対配設されており、
前記連結ピンは、前記軸部のうち前記大径頭部の近傍が大径とされて、前記一対の連結リンクのうち該大径頭部側に位置する連結リンクに一体的に圧入固定される
ことを特徴とする第1項に記載の車両用操作ペダル装置のリンク連結構造。
