Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 [発明の目的] (産業上の利用分野) 本発明はケースの製造方法、特に立体状を有する収納物
を入れるためのケースの製造方法に関する。
〈従来の技術) 第5図は長方形の立体を収納できるように形成されたケ
ースで、中に入れられる立体に合わせた形状となり得る
即ち、ケース1は開口部2の部分を残して各面3.4.
5.6.7を取付け、前記開口部を覆う豐8を取付けて
いる。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点) 上記した従来方式によれば、収納する立体の個々の面に
対応して福をつけなければならず、従って、これらを塩
ビシートによって形成しようとすれば、ウェルダによる
複数工程を要して、コスト高になる欠点を有している。
本発明は上記問題点を解決するなめになされたものであ
り、極めて簡単化した工数にて立体を収納するケースを
作ることの可能なケースの製造方法を提供することを目
的としている。
[発明の構成] (問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明では、表板と裏板とを積層して、その間にセパレ
ータを介在させた底板を配置し、これらの上部から高周
波ウェルダを介してその周縁を溶着するようにした。
(作用) 底面部以外では、塩ビ製の表板と裏板とがウェルズの型
に合わせて溶着される。
底面部では、中間に入れたセパレータを境に、表板と底
板の上側シートが、ス、底板の下側シートと裏板とが大
々溶着されて底板が形成され、結果として底板のついた
ケースが完成する。
(実施例) 以下図面を参照して実施例を説明する。
第1図は本発明方法によって完成したケースの製造方法
の一構成例図であり、説明の便宜のためにケースの全体
形状から説明する。
第1図において、1はケース本体であって、表板2と裏
板3及び底板まから構成され、表板、裏板の左右両翼の
一部が折曲って、結果としてケースの側面を形成してい
る。
なお、第1図はケースとして広げた状態図であり、第2
図は加工完了時の状態図である。
上記した構成のケースについて、第3図によってその製
造方法を説明する。第3図(a)は材料配置を示した図
で、裏板3と表板2との間に底板丘を挾んだ状態を示す
なお、本実施例では一回に2個のケースを製造する場合
であり、前記した表板、裏板及び底板の各材料は、塩ビ
シートを用いるものとする。
第3図(b)は底板まを単独で示した斜視図で、2枚の
シート4−1.4−2の両側端を長手方向に溶着4−3
シて褒状にし、その内部にPPシート(ボリグロビレン
・シート(以下、PPシートと称す))4−4を挿入し
たものである。
第3図(C)は第1図を矢印方向から見た図であり、上
から表板2、底板ま、裏板3の順になっている。
なお、第3図(b)において、その内部にPPシー )
 4−4を挿入する旨の説明をしたが、これを入れる理
由は、高周波ウェルズを用いて溶着操作をした場合に、
間に入れたPPシートがセパレータとなってこの部分の
み溶着されず、その他の上下部分が溶着されるためであ
る。
即ち、第3図(C)について説明すると、表板2と底板
4−1及び底板4−2と裏板3とは、相互に溶着可能で
あるが、底板4−1と4−2とは溶着しないと言うこと
である。
しかし、これらのことは実験によって確認したことであ
るが、PPシート4−4を2牧人れると、本来溶着する
はずのないPPシート同士が溶着することも、本実験に
よって併せて確認できた。
第4図は高周波ウェルズによって溶着した状態図を示し
、図に示す斜線部分が溶着部位であり、溶着後に切離す
と、前記第2図のようになり、これをケース状にしたも
のが第1図になる。
上記実施例では、2個のケースを同時に成形する場合に
ついて説明したが、これに限定されるものではなく、4
個→6個→8個・・・のように2の倍数であれば、いく
らでも同時に作成することができる。
そして、図に示される斜線部分を溶着した状態で手にと
り、これを剥すと、その部分を境にして極めて容易にケ
ース部分だけを取出すことができる。
[発明の効果] 以上説明した如く、本発明によれば中間にPPシートを
入れた筒状底部を作っておき、これを表板と底板との1
間に介在させて高周波溶着すれば、−回の溶着操作で立
体の入るケースを製造することができる。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)立体状の箱を収納する塩ビ製ケースの製造方法に
    おいて、表板と裏板とを積層して、その間にセパレータ
    を介在させた底板を配置し、これらの上部から高周波ウ
    ェルダを介してその周縁を溶着したことを特徴とするケ
    ースの製造方法。
  2. (2)セパレータは、ポリプロピレン・シートであるこ
    とを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載のケースの製
    造方法。
