Claims (7)
- 駆動源である中空モータと、
前記中空モータによって回転可能とされるテーブルと、
前記テーブルの回転運動を支承する回転ベアリングと、
を備え、
前記回転ベアリングが、
内周面に転走面が設けられた外輪と、
外周面に前記転走面と対向する転走面が設けられた内輪と、
前記外輪の転走面と前記内輪の転走面とで形成される転走路に装填される複数の転動体と、
によって構成され、
前記内輪又は前記外輪のいずれか一方にヒートシンクが設置されていることを特徴とする冷却構造を備える回転テーブル装置。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却構造を備える回転テーブル装置において、
前記テーブルに送風羽根が設置されていることを特徴とする冷却構造を備える回転テーブル装置。 - 請求項2に記載の冷却構造を備える回転テーブル装置において、
前記送風羽根は、前記ヒートシンクと対向する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする冷却構造を備える回転テーブル装置。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の冷却構造を備える回転テーブル装置において、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記内輪又は前記外輪の周面の全周にわたって設置されていることを特徴とする冷却構造を備える回転テーブル装置。 - 請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷却構造を備える回転テーブル装置において、
前記送風羽根と前記ヒートシンクは、ラビリンス構造を含む遮蔽部材によって外部と区画された空間内に設置されていることを特徴とする冷却構造を備える回転テーブル装置。 - 内周面に転走面が設けられた外輪と、
外周面に前記転走面と対向する転走面が設けられた内輪と、
前記外輪の転走面と前記内輪の転走面とで形成される転走路に装填される複数の転動体と、
を備え、
前記内輪又は前記外輪のいずれか一方にヒートシンクが設置されていることを特徴とする冷却構造を備える回転ベアリング。 - 請求項6に記載の冷却構造を備える回転ベアリングにおいて、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記内輪又は前記外輪の周面の全周にわたって設置されていることを特徴とする冷却構造を備える回転ベアリング。
