Description
Claims (9)
- 所定経路に沿って配設された軌道レール(30,80)を含むベース部(1)と、多数のボールを介して前記軌道レールに組み付けられるスライド部材(31,81)を含み、前記軌道レールに沿って移動自在な可動テーブル(2)と、この可動テーブルに搭載されると共に該可動テーブルを軌道レールに対して走行させる駆動手段(4)と、前記可動テーブルに搭載されると共に前記駆動手段に対する駆動制御信号を受信する無線受信部(70)と、前記駆動手段の駆動制御信号を生成すると共に前記無線受信部へ無線送信する制御ユニット(6)と、前記ベース部に設けられる一次側部材(50)及び可動テーブルに設けられる二次側部材(51)を備え、前記可動テーブルに搭載された駆動手段及び無線受信部に対してベース部側から電力を供給する非接触給電手段(5)と、を備えたことを特徴とするワイヤレスアクチュエータ。
- 前記非接触給電手段(5)の一次側部材(50)及び二次側部材(51)は、夫々、互いに対向して設けられたコイル部材からなり、電磁誘導方式により前記一次側部材から二次側部材に電力を供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載のワイヤレスアクチュエータ。
- 前記非接触給電手段(5)の一次側部材(50)は、ベース部(1)上における可動テーブル(2)の移動経路の全長にわたって設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のワイヤレスアクチュエータ。
- 前記可動テーブル(2)には前記駆動手段及び無線受信部に対して電力を供給する二次電池(9)が搭載され、かかる二次電池は前記非接触給電手段(5)により充電されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のワイヤレスアクチュエータ。
- ベース部(1)上における可動テーブル(2)の移動経路内には前記二次電池(9)の充電位置が一乃至複数箇所設けられ、前記非接触給電手段(5)の一次側部材(50)は各充電位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のワイヤレスアクチュエータ。
- 前記ベース部(1)上には該ベース部上における可動テーブル(2)の走行位置を検出する位置検出センサ(63)が設けられ、前記制御ユニット(6)は前記位置検出センサの出力信号を取り込んで駆動制御信号を生成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のワイヤレスアクチュエータ。
- 前記ベース部(1)には軌道レールに沿ってスケール(64)が設けられる一方、前記可動テーブル(2)には該スケールを読み取るエンコーダ(65)が搭載され、更に、前記エンコーダの出力信号を前記制御ユニット(6)へ送信する無線送信部(71)が前記可動テーブルに搭載され、前記制御ユニットは無線受信部(70)を介して入力された前記エンコーダの出力信号を取り込んで駆動制御信号を生成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のワイヤレスアクチュエータ。
- 前記ベース部(1)上には同一経路に沿って移動自在な複数の可動テーブル(2)が設けられ、これら可動テーブルはその走行が個別に制御されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のワイヤレスアクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動手段(4)、無線受信部(70)及び非接触給電手段(5)の二次側部材(51)が前記スライド部材(81)に組み込まれる一方、前記非接触給電手段(5)の一次側部材(50)が軌道レールに組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のワイヤレスアクチュエータ。
