Abstract
Description
熱可塑性樹脂の連続線条のランダムなループ又はカールの隣接する線条相互を接触絡合集合して成る所定の嵩密度の空隙を備える三次元構造体であって、該三次元構造体の嵩密度の低い内層を介装して、長手方向表裏に、嵩密度の高い表面層を形成して成り、使用時において人体の少なくとも上半身を支持するスプリング構造樹脂本体10と、
前記スプリング構造樹脂本体10内に内蔵され、又は、前記スプリング構造樹脂本体10の表裏いずれかの面に対向配置されたスピーカを備えることを特徴とする。
該人体の胸部背面に位置して高音を出力するスピーカを設けると共に、人体の腹部背面に位置して低音を出力するスピーカを設けても良い。
1.音響システム
本発明のクッション20は、一例としてこれを椅子、ベッド、自動車や航空機のシート等の前述した人体支持部に設けられた背面支持部に配置することにより使用されるもので、このように、背面支持部に本発明のクッション20が配置された人体支持部により、本発明における音響システムが構成される。
前述のように、人体支持部と組み合わせる等して使用される本発明のクッション20は、使用時において人体の少なくとも上半身部分を支持するスプリング構造樹脂本体10とスピーカにより構成されるものであり、このクッション20は一例として下記に説明するように構成することができる。
使用時において人体の少なくとも上半身部分を、例えば背中側において支持する前述のスプリング構造樹脂本体10は、本実施形態において熱可塑性樹脂を原料又は主原料とする連続線条12(以下、単に線条12ともいう)からなる線条がランダムに絡合集合して成る空隙を備える三次元構造体であり、この線条12は、複数のループを形成し、ループの隣接する線条相互を接触絡合集合するものである。

(1)スプリング構造樹脂本体10への内蔵
上記スプリング構造樹脂本体10に対するスピーカ24の取り付けは、スプリング構造樹脂本体の表裏面層14、15いずれかに、ここでは、図3に示すように、スピーカ24のコーン紙26を、ここでは、使用する人体側の面となるよう、スプリング構造樹脂本体10の表面となる表面層14に、スピーカ24のフレーム25外周(外縁)の大きさの孔部23を形成する。
前述の各スピーカは、図2及び図3を参照して説明したようにスプリング構造樹脂本体10に形成した孔部23内に収容する他、図4(a)に示す通り、例えば孔部23’を備える埋込板60を底板61上に載置すると共に、該孔部23’内にスピーカ32〜43を収容し、この埋込板60上に前述のスプリング構造樹脂本体10を載置することにより、該スピーカ32〜43がスプリング構造樹脂本体10の片面(裏面)に対向配置されるように構成することもできる。
次に図5及び図6を参照してスピーカの種類及び配置を説明する。図5及び図6において、クッション20は、使用時において人体の少なくとも上半身を例えば背中側において支持するよう配置されており、同図中の点線は、標準的な人体31がクッション20に背中をもたれかけ、又はクッション20上に仰向けの姿勢で横臥した際に、その背面側が載置される範囲である。
以上のように構成された本発明のクッション20を備えた音響システムにおいて、該音響システムが椅子や自動車、航空機のシート等において実現されている場合には、椅子やシート等に着座した状態で上半身の背部を、クッション20が配置された背もたれ等の背面支持部にもたれかけ、または、音響システムがベッド等として実現されている場合には、このベッド上に載置したクッション20上に仰向けに横臥することにより、上半身の背面をクッション20上に乗せ、この状態においてクッション20に設けられたスピーカより音楽や効果音、その他の音を発生させる。
4−1.スプリング構造樹脂成形装置115
次に、図8に示すスプリング構造樹脂本体10の製造装置の一例であるスプリング構造樹脂成形装置115について説明する。図9、図10に示す通り、押出成形機120はホッパー121を備え、ホッパー121より投入した熱可塑性樹脂を、所定温度で溶融混練し、成形ダイ(金型)122に備えられた、所定径の多数のノズル123から所定の押出速度において溶融した熱可塑性樹脂の線条12からなる線条集合体113を押し出し、引取機124により引き取るものである。
次に、上記スプリング構造樹脂本体10の製造方法の一例について説明する。
使用する押出成形機120は直径90mm単軸型押出機である。使用原料はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体である。運転条件は樹脂温度250℃、成形圧力は0.1MPa、スクリュー回転数は30rpm、吐出能力は135kg/h、引取速度は32.3m/hである。

- 熱可塑性樹脂の連続線条のランダムなループ又はカールの隣接する線条相互を接触絡合集合して成る所定の嵩密度の空隙を備える三次元構造体であって、該三次元構造体の嵩密度の低い内層を介装して、長手方向表裏に、嵩密度の高い表面層を形成してなり、使用時において人体の少なくとも上半身を支持するスプリング構造樹脂本体と、
前記スプリング構造樹脂本体内に内蔵され、又は、前記スプリング構造樹脂本体の表裏いずれかの面に対向配置されたスピーカを備えることを特徴とするクッション。 - 前記スプリング構造樹脂本体の表面層の嵩密度は0.2〜0.5g/cm3、空隙率は44〜77%、前記内層の嵩密度は0.01〜0.15g/cm3、空隙率は83〜99%である請求項1記載のクッション。
- 前記スプリング樹脂構造体を構成する線条の全部又は一部が中空である請求項1又は2記載のクッション。
- 前記スピーカとして、出力する音の周波数の異なる複数のスピーカを設け、前記人体の頭部側から、下半身側に向かって出力する音の周波数が低下するよう前記各スピーカを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載のクッション。
- 前記スピーカを、使用時における人体の配置位置に対応する範囲内に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載のクッション。
- 使用時における人体の配置位置に対応し、該人体の胸部背面に位置して高音を出力するスピーカを設けると共に、人体の腹部背面に位置して低音を出力するスピーカを設けることを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれか1項記載のクッション。
- 人体の少なくとも上半身の背面を支持する背面支持部を備えた人体支持部の前記背面支持部に、請求項1〜6いずれか1項記載のクッションを配置したことを特徴とする音響システム。
