Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、特に防火ガラスを取り付けるための支持用
アルミニウム心から成る防火要素用建築部材に関する。
効果的な防火、たとえばＤＩＮ（ドイツ工業規格）４１
０２に規定の防火を保証する建築部材または建築要素は
多数公知である。これらの建築部材または要素は種々の
観点から検査される。その場合特に耐火時間が重要なフ
ァクタである。
このような建築部材を製造するための材料として鋼が使
用される。何故ならばこのようにしてしかねじれに対し
て強く、ＤＩＮ４１０２に記載の決められた期間内に高
い温度が発生した場合に歪んだり湾曲したすせず、また
安定性を失わない枠を製作することができないと考えら
れているからである。このような防火用建築部材の重量
は大きくまたこのような防火用建築部材は、たとえば家
の外装のその他の部分がアルミニウムから成る場合に外
観の調和を乱す。
この発明の課題は、防火に対するＤ　Ｉ　Ｎ４１０２に
記載の規格を満たし、製作や組み立てに要する時間並び
にコストが小さい防火要素用建築部材を提供することに
ある。
一１二記の課題は、この発明によりアルミニウム心を、
中実または中空の型材から成る二つの部分心により形成
し、これらの二つの部分心を断熱材から成る分離要素を
介在して連結することにより解決される。
このようにして、アルミニウムは支持用建築部材、たと
えば枠構成要素としては不適切であるという当業者の先
入観を排除することができる。
たとえばグラステヒニッシエ・ベリヒテ（Ｇｌａｓｔｅ
ｃｈｎｉｓｃｈｅ　　Ｂ　ｅｒｉｃｈｔｅ、ガラス工学
通報）誌の１９７８年刊第５１号の１１８頁に、アルミ
ニウムは枠材料として不適切である、何故ならばアルミ
ニウムは６５９℃で融解するからであると記載されてい
る。また、枠用殻として、即ち支持能力の面で重要な意
味をもっていない材料としては使用できると記載されて
いる。類似の発想の記述が西ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願
公開第２７２２８３５号公報に記載されている。この文
献には、窓枠にアルミニウム型材を使用するが、しかし
防火にはアルミニウムは使用しない、何故ならこのよう
な、金属枠を形成するアルミニウムは容易に融解してガ
ラス板を支持しなくなり、従ってガラス板は外れてしま
い、火災が簡単に上階へ広がってしまうからであるとい
うことは周知であると記載されている。それ故に窓枠及
び両開き戸の翼部枠の場合には鋼型材から成る内側殻及
び外側殻を形成することが提案されている。
これに対してこの発明では、防火要素用建築１ＭＳ材の
支持要素にアルミニウムを使用することを提案し、また
発明者が多数の実験を行った結果、この発明の建築部材
はＤＩＮ４１０２の規格を十分に満足するものであるこ
とが確認された。それはこの発明により、断熱材から成
る分離要素を用いて第１の小部分から第２の小部分への
熱伝達が小部分の側に火災か発生した場合に行なわれな
いようにすることで達成される。このようにしてその都
度、熱遮断材により分離されている第２のアルミニウム
要素が所要の支持機能を受は持つので、この発明の建築
部材は全体として所要の耐火時間がある。
実施例を示した図について更に詳記する。
第１図に示すように、この発明の防火要素用建築部材は
アルミニウム製中実型材から成る二つの小部分５３，５
３ａを有する一個の心から構成されており、これら二つ
の部分心５３．５３ａは断熱材から成る分離材３５によ
り相互に結合しである。
分離材３５は図示の例ではあり継ぎにより二つの部分心
５３．５３ａと結合しである。しかし別の結合の可能性
もこの発明の範囲内で考えられる。この発明の建築部材
はその場合アルミニウム、鋼、ＤｒＮ４１０２の第１部
にある構造クラスＡ１とＡ２の建築部材から製造したガ
ラス仮保持桟１９を介して窓枠に支持されているガラス
板１８を収容する前記窓枠の一部である。ガラス板１８
は一重または多重ガラスにもすることができる。双方の
部分心５３．５３ａに室１３．１３ａを重置配設するこ
とができる。これらの室１３，１３ａは同様にアルミニ
ウム型材により形成することができまたこれらの室１３
．１３ａにガラス板保持用桟！９を追加的に形成するか
または取り付けることができる。
第２図においては第１図のものの変形としてこの発明の
建築部材を、断面がＵ字形の建築部材として形成しであ
る。ただし第１図に示しである部分と同じ部分には同じ
符号をつけである。第３図及び第４図では窓の片免の一
部であるこの発明の建築部材を示しである。この場合ら
第１図及び第２図と同じ部分には同じ符号をつけである
。図中窓枠４１ｍ、４１ｎには片翼４２ｍ、４２ｎが併
設されている。断熱材から成る分離要素は符号が３５〜
３７であり、アルミニウム製の部分心は５３゜５３ａと
５３ｂ、５３ｃであり、これらの部分心は窓枠４１ｍ、
４１ｎにも片ｐ（４２ｍ、４２ｎにも設けられている。
ガラス板保持桟１９はねじによってアルミニウム心に取
り付けられている。
この発明の防火要素用建築部材は、ＤＩＮ４＋０２にお
ける耐火クラスＦ及びＧに使用することができろ。これ
らの建築部材により、ガラス板を有するかまたは防火要
素として羽目板を有する壁部を形成することができる。
この発明の建築部材は、窓や扉や手摺部材等の形成に使
用することができる。
たとえばクラスＡＩ、Ａ２及び／またはＢｌの非可燃性
の建築材料及び／または難燃性建築材料から成る帯状密
封材を用いた、防火ガラスの取り付けや枠形成や接合ま
たは密封によるこの発明の建築部材のガラス取り付けは
公知のガラス張り基準により知られた態様で行なわれる
。−重、二重または多重のガラス板は絶縁板としてもま
た複合板としても嵌め込むことができる。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）特に防火ガラスの取り付けに用いる支持用アルミニ
    ウム心から成る防火要素用建築部材において、アルミニ
    ウム心は、中実または中空の型材から成る二つの心部分
    （５３、５３ａ、５３ｂ、５３ｃ）から成り、この二つ
    の心部分は、断熱材から成る一つの分離要素を介在して
    連結されていることを特徴とする、防火要素用建築部材
    。 ２）分離要素（３５、３７）はあり継ぎにより心部分（
    ５３、５３ａ、５３ｂ、５３ｃ）と連結されている特許
    請求の範囲１）に記載の防火要素用建築部材。 ３）アルミニウム心に、鋼から成るガラス板保持用桟（
    １９）がねじを介して取り付けられている、特許請求の
    範囲１）または２）に記載の防火要素用建築部材。
