Abstract

L'invenzione concerne un sistema di produzione di profilati compositi per serramenti e tramezze antiincendio consistente nell'applicazione di due profilati (2) esterni su un profilato centrale (1) preferibilmente estruso atto ad accogliere elementi di giunzione per la produzione di telai e ferramenta usuali per porte e finestre. Gli elementi di giunzione (4, 4a, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g, 4h, 4i, 4l) fra i profilati (1, 2) hanno la giunzione di unione, di interruzione di ponti termici, ed eventualmente di contenimento del materiale (7) isolante termicamente e resistente al calore iniettato allo stato pastoso, inoltre i suddetti elementi di giunzione conferiscono stabilità di forma sia durante le operazioni di iniezione che durante la fase di indurimento dell'impasto (7).
