Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、自動車の組込み開口に押入される組込みユニ
ットであって、組込みユニットの目隠しに配置されたク
ランプ部材を用いて、組込み開口を制限する壁に固定可
能である形式のものに関する。
従来の技術 自動車には、例えば組込みユニットと結合された自動車
用ラジオを挿入することができる組込み開口が設けられ
ている。公知の組込みユニットは、組込み開口の縁部を
見える側に２いておおう目隠しを有し、組込み開口を制
限する計器板の壁にはばね弾性的なりランゾ部材が係合
している。クランプ部材は組込み開口の範囲において組
込みユニットを固定している。しかしながら汎用の組込
みユニットではしばしば、組込み室内部において組込み
開口から離れて位置している付加的な固定点が必要であ
る。組込み開口を制限する壁の厚さは自動車の型式もし
くは自動車メーカによって種々様様なので汎用の組込み
ユニットでは、クランプ部材を府側にその都度の壁厚に
合わせることが必要である。従って公知の組込みユニッ
トを普遍的に使用することはできない。
発明の課題 ゆえに本発明の課題は、冒頭に述べた形式の組込みユニ
ットを改良して、可能な限り普遍的に使用することがで
きしかも確実に組込み開口に固定することができる組込
みユニットを提供することである。
課題を解決するだめの手段 この課題を解決するために本発明の構成では、各固定部
材が、目隠しの背面から突出しているスリット付きのス
リーブから突出したクランプ面を有していて、該クラン
プ面がねじの回転によって目隠しに向かって長手方向移
動可能であるようにした。
発明の作用並びに効果 目隠しの前面からねじ頭に接近可能なねじを相応に強く
締めることによって、クランプ面は大きな力で、組込み
開口に隣接する壁に押し付けられる。これによって壁は
クランプ面と目隠しとの間において緊定される。組込み
ユニットの目隠しの各角隅に各１つのクランプ部材を使
用すると、組込みユニットのだめの極めて安定的な固定
が得られる。クランプ面がねじに治って目隠しの背面に
向かって移動可能であることによって、本発明による組
込みユニットを種々様々な壁厚のために使用することが
できる。
クランプ部材のクランプ面が突出部によって形成されて
いて、該突出部が、ねじを取り囲むスリーブのスリット
を貫いて突出するようになっていると特に有利である。
この突出部は、スリーブに設けられた切欠きの範囲にお
いて例えば４５°だけ履口可能であり、この結果突出部
は組込みユニットの挿入時には、突出部が組込み開口の
縁部にずらされた位置に旋回され得る。
次いで組込みユニットの挿入後に初めて突出部はねじの
回転によって、突出部が組込み開口の縁部な越えて突出
する位置に旋回させられる。
突出部の旋回のために設けられた切欠きは有利にはスリ
ーブの端部に設けられている。この場合切欠きはスリッ
トの拡幅によって形成されており、例えば４５°の角度
幅にわたって延在している。
クランプ部材とねじとの間に突出部を旋回させるための
十分な摩擦を生せしめるためには、ねじが、プラスチッ
ク製のクランプ部材の孔に係合するセルフタッピングね
じとして構成されていると特に有利である。
実施例 次に図面につき本発明の詳細な説明する。
第１図に示された組込みユニットは、背面から４つの固
定部材２が突出している目隠し１と、カセットを受容す
るのに適した４つの容器３とから成っている。
固定部材２はそれぞれ、目隠し１の背面から突出してい
るスリット付きのスリーブ４とねじ５とクランプ部材６
とから成っている。
第２図及び第６図の縦断面図からは固定部材２の構造が
わかる。スリーブ４はそれぞれ長手方向スリットＴを有
し、この長手方向スリット７を貫いてクランプ部材６の
突出部８が突出している。突出部８はそれぞれクランプ
面９を形成しており、このクランプ面９はねじ５の回転
によって、組込み開口を制限している壁１０（第６図の
１点鎖線参照）に接触する丑で引き付けられ得る。
ねじ５のねじ山１１は、クランプ部材６の孔１２に切り
込むセルフタッピングねじ山である。
従って突出部８は、それがスリーブ４の突出端部に設け
られた切欠き１３の範囲に位置する限り、ねじ５の回転
によって旋回することができる。切欠き１３はスリット
７の拡幅によって形成され、これによって突出部８は図
示の冥施例では切欠き１３の範囲において４５°の角度
だけ旋回可能である。組込みユニットの挿入時にクラン
プ部材６はねじ５の後端部１４に位置しており、この結
果突出部８の旋回が可能である。
組込み開口への組込みユニットの挿入後にねじ５が回転
させられると、突出部８は図示の鉛直位置に旋回し、ね
じ５をさらに回転させると、突出部８はスリットＴ内に
おいて目隠、し１に向かって長手方向に引張られる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、自動車の組込み開口に挿入される組込みユニットで
    あつて、組込みユニットの目隠しに配置されたクランプ
    部材を用いて、組込み開口を制限する壁に固定可能であ
    る形式のものにおいて、各固定部材（６）が、目隠し（
    １）の背面から突出しているスリット付きのスリーブ（
    ４）から突出したクランプ面（９）を有していて、該ク
    ランプ面がねじ（５）の回転によつて目隠し（１）に向
    かつて長手方向可能であることを特徴とする、自動車の
    組込み開口に挿入される組込みユニット。 ２、ねじ（５）のねじ山（１１）に配置されたクランプ
    部材（６）が、クランプ面（９）を形成する突出部（８
    ）を有している、請求項１記載の組込みユニット。 ３、スリーブ（４）がそのスリット（７）に隣接した切
    欠き（１３）を有し、該切欠き内をクランプ面（９）が
    ねじ（５）の回転によつて旋回可能である、請求項１又
    は２記載の組込みユニット。 ４、切欠き（１３）がスリーブ（４）の突出端部に配置
    されている、請求項３記載の組込みユニット。 ５、ねじ（５）がセルフタッピングねじ山（１１）で、
    プラスチック製のクランプ部材（６）の孔に係合してい
    る、請求項１から４までのいずれか１項記載の組込みユ
    ニット。 ６、組込みユニットの各角隅に、クランプ部材（６）を
    備えた固定部材（２）が配置されている、請求項１から
    ５までのいずれか１項記載の組込みユニット。
