Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はサツシュ付自動車のドアロック格納部における
、ドアパネルとドアサツシュの結合構造に関するもので
ある。
従来はサツシュ付自動車のドアロック格納部に於いて、
第１、第２図に示すようにアウターパネルと共にドアを
構成するインナーパネル１とドアサツシュ３を溶接（最
底必要な溶接面Ｓ、）シ、そのサツシュ３の下方に位置
するインナーパネル１の折曲部分内にドアロック５をポ
ルト６により取付けていたため、上下方向の格納スペー
スが大となり、ドアウェストラインを下げることが困難
であり、従来構造でドアウェストライン１を下げようと
した場合、サツシュ３とインナーパネル１の結合面（上
下方向）Ｓｌを小さくする必要があり、結合部の剛性底
下をまぬがれない。
またドアロック取付部は従来、ドアロック５をインナー
パネル１のみに結合した構造であった為、パネル強度の
面で不安があった。
本考案は上記の欠点を改良することを目的としたもので
サツシュの車室内側折曲部から、一体又は一体的に形成
されたレインフォース部の折曲部分とドアパネルの折曲
部分との結合部位の近くにドアロックを格納し取付ける
ことにより、ドアウェストラインを下げることを可能と
し、広い視野を確保し、上記レインフォース部の折曲部
分とドアパネルの折曲部分との結合部位にドアロックを
格納することにより、ドアロック取付部に於いては従来
以上のパネル強度が得られ、車両衝突時のドア開放防止
等の保安向上にも有効となるようにしたものである。
以下図面について本考案の一実施例を説明する。
第３図においてレインフォース部２の折曲部分は、サツ
シュ３の車室内側折曲部に一体に成形されており、上記
レインフォース部２の折曲部分はインナーパネル１のク
ランク状折曲部分に合致させて溶接されており、このレ
インフォース部２の折曲部分とインナーパネル１のクラ
ンク状折曲部分との結合部位にはドアロック５が格納さ
れ、ボルト６等により取り付けられている。
４はアウターパネル、７はドアロック５の取付孔である
。
なお、別体に形成したサツシュ３とレインフォース部２
とを結合する場合は、例えば第４図示のようにサツシュ
３の車室内側折曲部にレインフォース部２の折曲部を嵌
合し、かつサツシュ３の車室内側折曲部下端とこれに接
するレインフォース部２の折曲部上端を溶接するかまた
は第５図示のようにサツシュ３の車室内側折曲部下端に
レインフォース部２の折曲部上端を溶接して両者を結合
する等の方法がある。
第４図、第５図中Ｓ２は溶接部を示す。
またドアロック５の取付けは第７図または第８図に示す
ようにレインフォース部２の折曲部分とインナーパネル
１のクランク状折曲部分との結合部位に取付ボルト６等
により行なう等の方法があり、第８図は従来の様にイン
ナーパネル１にボルト６止めした場合であり、第７図は
、レインフォース部２にボルト６止めした場合でインナ
ーパネル部１のクランク状折曲部分とレインフォース部
２の折曲部分の結合時の誤差吸収に有効であり、製造上
の効果が大きく、強度にういてはインナーパネル１とレ
インフォース部２が第３図に示すように確実に溶接され
ているので全く問題はない。
上述のように本考案によれば、サツシュの車室内側折曲
部から一体又は一体的に形成されたレインフォース掘の
折曲部分とドアパネルの折曲部分との結合部位の近くに
ドアロックを格納し取付けることにより、ドアウェスト
ラインを下げることが可能となり、広い視界を確保でき
る。
またレインフォース部の折曲部分とドアパネルの折曲部
分とを結合することにより、従来以上にサツシュとドア
パネルの結合部剛性を増大させることができると共にド
アロック取付部のパネル強度を従来以上に向上でき、車
両衝突時のドア開放防止等の保安向上にも有効である。
更にサツシュとドアパネルの結合部剛性を増大できるこ
とによりボディとサツシュ間のシール性能が向上腰風や
水洩れ防止に極めて大きな効果を奏する。

第１図は従来のドアパネル構造の一例を示す一部の側面
図、第２図は第１図のＢ−Ｂ線断面図、第３図は本考案
のドアパネル構造の一実施例を示す斜視図、第４図およ
び第５図はそれぞれサツシュとレインフォース部との結
合構造の２例を示す斜視図、第６図は第３図の一部の側
面図、第７図および第８図はそれぞれ第６図のＡ−Ａ線
における２例を示す断面図である。 １．４・・・・・・ドアを構成するインナーパネルとア
ウターパネル、２・・・・・・レインフォース部、３・
・・・・・サツシュ、５・・・・・・ドアロック。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１） サツシュ付自動車のドアに於いて、サツシュ
    の車室内側折曲部に、レインフォース部の車室内側に形
    成した折曲部分をゴ体又は一体的に接合腰このレインフ
    ォース部の折曲部分をドアパネルの折曲部分に合致させ
    て結合すると共に、この結合部位の近くにドアロックを
    格納し取付けることを特徴とするサツシュ付ドア構造。
  2. （２）ドアロックは、レインフォース部のみに取付けた
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記
    載のサツシュ付ドア構造。
