Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はＬＣ複合部品によって実現しようとするタプル
π型フィルタの結線図である。第２図はダブルπ型フィ
ルタとされた従来のＬＣ複合部品の断面図である。第３
図ないし第１６図は、この考案の一実施例を示すもので
、ダブルπ型フィルタを得るための工程を順次示すもの
である。第１７図はこの考案のＬＣ複合部品によって得
ようとするπ型フィルタの結線図である。第１８図ない
し第２６図は、この考案の他の実施例を説明するための
もので、π型フィルタを得るための工程を順次示すもの
である。第２７図はこの考案によって得ようとするさら
に他のＬＣ複合部品の結線図である。第２８図ないし第
３０図は、この考案のさらに他の実施例を説明するため
のもので、第２７図のＬＣ複合部品を得るための工程の
一部を示している。第３１図はこの考案によって得よう
とするさらに他のＬＣ複合部品の結線図である。 第３２図および第３３図は、この考案のさらに他の実施
例を説明するためのもので、第３１図のＬＣ複合部品を

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 少なくとも２個の外部電極が端面の互いに異なる位置に
    形成された積層コンデンサ部分と、前記積層コンデンサ
    部分上に重畳されるインダクタンス素子部分と、 前記インダクタンス素子部分内に形成されるものであっ
    て、前記積層コンデンサ部分の所定の外部電極から出発
    してインダクタンス成分を作り出す導電経路とを備え、 前記インダクタンス素子部分は、磁性または絶縁性セラ
    ミック材料の焼結済粉末を含むペーストを固体化して得
    られた複数層からなる積層体を含み、 前記導電経路は、前記複数層の積層体の層上に形成され
    る複数個の導電パターンを含み、前記複数個の導電パタ
    ーンは、前記積層体のあ、７　　る層がその下にある導
    電パターンの終端部を露出させる状態に積層されかつ当
    該下にある導電パターンがこの露出された面において当
    該層の上に形成された導電パターンと導電的に接続され
    ることによって、インダクタンス成分を作り出すように
    前記インダクタンス素子部分内において延びる、ＬＣ複
    合部品。
