Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.継手カバーは、伸張した末端シールで閉じられた末端で対向する2つのジ オメトリックコーンを有する中心本体を備え、前記本体が、 a)半導電外部遮蔽層と、 b)トロイダル本体より短い中心軸に沿って配置した内部トロイダル電極と、 c)その間に挿入され、前記本体および前記ジオメトリックコーンと同じ長さ の中間絶縁層との3枚の連続層を備え、 前記外部遮蔽層および前記電極は、熱伝導性シリコーンエラストマーから形成 され、前記層はすべて液体シリコーンエラストマーおよびゴムシリコーンエラス トマーからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つのシリコーンエラストマーから 形成され、前記エラストマーは少なくとも5%の永久硬化、少なくとも15N/ mmの引裂強さ、および少なくとも400%の伸びを有し、 前記絶縁層は、少なくとも0.18W/mKの最小熱伝導率を有しており、さ らに10%から35%の電気絶縁性充填材を備え、 30回の交番負荷電流サイクルの後、前記コネクタが前記継手上の前記心線よ り10℃低い温度を保っている、心線のジョイントコネクタをカバーする用途に 適した伸縮性の回復可能なエラストマー継手カバー。 2.前記シリコーンエラストマーが少なくとも20N/mmの引裂強さを有す る請求項1記載の伸縮性の収縮可能な継手カバー。 3.前記絶縁層が、酸化亜鉛、酸化鉄、酸化アルミニウムおよびその水和物か らなる群より選択される電気絶縁性があり、熱伝導性のある充填材を10%から 30%含有する請求項1記載の伸縮性の収縮可能な継手カバー。 4.前記熱伝導性充填材が酸化アルミニウムおよびその水和物からなる群より 選択される請求項3記載の伸縮性の収縮可能な継手カバー。 5.前記熱伝導性は少なくとも0.24W/mKである請求項1記載の伸縮性 の収縮可能な継手カバー。 6.前記層は射出成形により形成される請求項1記載の伸縮性の収縮可能な継 手カバー。 7.前記末端シールは少なくとも1cmの長さを有する請求項1記載の伸縮性 の収縮可能な継手カバー。 8.前記電極は30から250オーム・cmの体積抵抗を有する請求項1記載 の伸縮性の収縮可能な継手カバー。 9.前記継手本体は環状形で、一定の外径を有する請求項1記載の伸縮性の収 縮可能な継手カバー。 10.前記継手本体は2つの環状リッジを有する請求項1記載の伸縮性の収縮 可能な継手カバー。
