Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.身体管内の選択された位置で個々に配置される複数の膨張可能な支持内腔 構成部品であり、前記の各支持内腔移植片構成部品は内腔に挿入するために放射 状に圧縮可能であり且つ身体管内の所望の位置に配置するために放射状に膨張可 能であり; 前記の膨張可能な支持内腔構成部品のうちの1つはトランク構成部品であり、 該トランク構成部品は管状支持メンバー及び該管状支持メンバーに沿って配置さ れたトランクライナーを含んでおり、該トランクライナーは概略円筒形の主胴体 部分と少なくとも2つの脚部分を有しており、そしてこれらの各脚部分は脚開口 部を区画しており; 前記の膨張可能な支持内腔構成部品のうちの少なくとも他の1つは概略円筒形 の支持脚構成部品であり;そして 前記の概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品と前記のトランク構成部品の脚部分のうち の1つは、前記の脚構成部品とトランク構成部品とが身体管内に配置されるとき 、互いに入れ子式に配置される、多構成部品の分岐した膨張可能な支持内腔移植 片。 2.前記の概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品が、配置されるとき、前記トランク構 成部品の脚開口部内に位置する端部を有している請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植 片。 3.前記の複数の膨張可能な支持内腔構成部品が自己膨張性である請求項1に 記載の支持内腔移植片。 4.前記の複数の膨張可能な支持内腔構成部品が放射状に膨張可能なデバイス によって配置される請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植片。 5.前記の概略円筒形の支持構成部品が、概略円筒形の支持部材及びこの指示 部材に沿って固定された概略円筒形のライナーを含んでいる請求項1に記載の支 持内腔移植片。 6.前記のトランクライナーが本質的に不活性で生物適合性の材料の伸長可能 な壁であり、前記の伸長可能な壁はトランク構成部品管状の支持メンバーの内部 表面の一部に結合されており、そして前記の伸長可能な壁は前記のトランク構成 部品管状支持メンバーと共に膨張する直径サイズを有している、請求項1に記載 の支持内腔移植片。 7.前記の概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品のライナーが本質的に不活性で生物適 合性の材料の伸長可能な壁であり、前記の伸長可能な壁は脚構成部品の概略円筒 形の管状支持メンバーの少なくとも内部表面に適用される、請求項5に記載の支 持内腔移植片。 8.前記のトランクライナーの脚部分が前記のトランク構成部品の管状支持メ ンバーを超えて縦方向に伸びている請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植片。 9.前記の脚部分が互いに分離している請求項8に記載の支持内腔移植片。 10.前記のトランクライナーの脚部分が前記のトランク構成部品の管状支持 メンバーと縦方向に概略同じ広がりを持っている請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植 片。 11.前記のトランクライナーの各脚部分の外部が前記の管状支持メンバーに 固定されており、一方前記の各脚部分の内部が内部の縫目に沿って互いに固定さ れている請求項10に記載の支持内腔移植片。 12.前記の概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品が、展開配置されるとき、前記のト ランク構成部品の脚部分の1つの内部に入れ子式に滑らせて配置される請求項1 に記載の支持内腔移植片。 13.前記の脚構成部品のライナー及び前記のトランクライナーがそれぞれ、 身体管内に移植されたとき身体管からの通常の細胞侵入を可能にする構造を提供 する多孔性弾性材料から作られた伸長可能な壁である請求項5に記載の支持内腔 移植片。 14.前記の各伸長可能な壁の多孔性弾性材料が弾性ポリマーである請求項1 3に記載の支持内腔移植片。 15.前記の伸長可能な壁の多孔性弾性材料がポリカーボネートウレタンであ る請求項13に記載の支持内腔移植片。 16.前記の多孔性弾性材料がシリコーンゴムの薄層で被覆されている請求項 13に記載の支持内腔移植片。 17.前記のトランクライナー及び前記の脚構成部品のライナーがそれぞれ、 各管状支持構成部品の内部表面及び外部表面に沿って伸長可能な壁である請求項 5に記載の支持内腔移植片。 18.前記の管状支持メンバーの露出された縦方向端部が前記ライナーを超え て縦方向に伸びておりそして該ライナーによって完全には覆われていない請求項 1に記載の支持内腔移植片。 19.前記の管状支持メンバーがこれに沿った複数の自由領域(open area)を 有しており、そして前記の管状支持構成部品の外部表面に沿った前記の伸長可能 な壁が、前記の管状支持構成部品の自由領域によって区画された位置で前記の管 状の支持構成部品の内部表面に沿った前記の伸長可能な壁に結合されている請求 項17に記載の支持内腔移植片。 20.前記の管状支持メンバーがこれに沿った複数の自由領域を有しており、 そして付属品構成部品が前記の管状の支持構成部品の自由領域のうちの1つを通 過する請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植片。 21.前記の管状支持構成部品が、より糸(ストランド)間に開口領域を有す る複数のワイヤーストランドを含んでいる請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植片。 22.前記の管状支持構成部品のワイヤーストランドが、管状支持構成部品中 に螺旋状に巻かれている概略は正弦曲線的形状のワイヤーであり、前記ワイヤー はワイヤー間で前記管状支持構成部品の開口領域を区画している請求項21に記 載の支持内腔移植片。 23.前記の管状の支持構成部品のワイヤーストランドが互いに交差した細長 い統合形状であり、該ストランド間で前記開口部を区画してメッシュ形態の管状 支持構成部品を形成している請求項21に記載の支持内腔移植片。 24.前記の内腔移植片が生物適合性を高めるために又は医薬品療法用に表面 処理に付される請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植片。 25.前記のトランク構成部品が突き出た固定化部材を有している請求項1に 記載の支持内腔移植片。 26.身体管内の選択された位置で個々に配置される複数の膨張可能な支持内 腔移植片構成部品、その際前記の各支持内腔移植片構成部品は放射状に圧縮可能 であり且つ放射状に膨張可能であり; 前記の膨張可能な支持内腔移植片構成部品の1つは縦軸、縦軸方向に配置され た内部表面及び該内部表面から外側に間隔を置いて配置され、該内部表面と相補 的に形状された外部表面を有するトランク構成部品であり、該トランク構成部品 は領域間で区画された開口領域を有する網状領域を有しており、 前記の膨張可能な支持内腔移植片構成部品のうちの他の2つは、概略円筒形の 支持脚構成部品であり; 前記のトランク構成部品は実質的に不活性で生物適合性の材料の伸長可能な壁 を有しており、この伸長可能な壁は前記の管状支持構成部品の内部表面及び外部 表面のうちの少なくとも1つに適用されており、そしてこの伸長可能な壁は前記 の管状支持構成部品を越えて伸びている延伸部分を有しており;そして 前記の伸長可能な壁の延伸部分は伸長可能な壁材料のうちの、少なくとも2つ の概略管状の脚部分中に枝分かれしており、該脚部分はそれぞれ前記の概略円筒 形の支持脚構成部品の1つを受け入れるような大きさでありそしてそのように形 状化されている、多構成部品の分岐した膨張可能な支持内腔移植片。 27.管状支持メンバー及び該管状支持メンバーに沿って配置されたトランク ライナーを有するトランク構成部品を提供し、その際該トランクライナーは概略 円筒形の胴体部分と少なくとも2つの脚部分を有しており、そして各脚部分は脚 開口部を区画しており; 前記トランク構成部品を身体管内の概略分岐部位に挿入し、そしてこのトラン ク構成部品を膨張させて身体管の主要な管通路に結合させ; 管状支持メンバーを含んでいる概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品を提供し; 前記の概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品を、トランク構成部品の脚部分と身体管の 主要通路と結合した分枝通路との間の位置で身体管中に挿入し、そして該脚構成 部品を前記位置に配置させるように膨張させ、 管状支持メンバーを有する概略円筒形のもう1つの支持脚構成部品を提供し; かつ、 前記の概略円筒形のもう1つの支持脚構成部品を、トランク構成部品の他の脚 部分と身体管の主要通路と結合したもう1つの分枝通路との間の位置で身体管中 に挿入し、そして前記構成部品を前記位置に配置させるように膨張させて身体管 内の分岐部位で分岐支持内腔移植片を形成させる、 工程を含んでいる多構成部品の分岐した膨張可能な支持内腔移植片の移植方法。 28.前記の脚構成部品を提供する各工程がライナー及び管状支持メンバーを 含んでいる脚構成部品を提供し、そしてこのような脚構成部品がそれぞれトラン ク構成部品の対応する1つの脚部分の内部に配置され、そしてこれらの各々がト ランク構成部品の管状支持メンバーと一般的に同じ広がりを持っている請求項2 7に記載の方法。 29.前記のトランク構成部品を提供する工程がトランク構成部品の管状支持 メンバーを越えて突き出ている脚部分を提供し、そして前記の脚構成部品を挿入 する工程がそれぞれ、トランク構成部品の脚部分内に支持ステントを挿入する請 求項27に記載の方法。
