グデリバリー担体としての役を効果的に務め得るステント設計が求められている。これは、例えば分岐部に位置する病変などの複雑な場合に特に当てはまる。

0に隣接する先端側枝部の一部は、第1拡張位置への外側拡張に少なくとも部分的に抵抗し、先端側枝部は、コネクタ1070が先端側枝部ストラットと交わる接合部または個所に関して外側に回転し得る。第2拡張位置において、コネクタ1070は、主管が枝管と交わる体内管壁の入口部または遷移領域の一部に接触しその部分を支持することが好ましい。
Claims (10)
- 主枝管と側枝管とを有する分岐した体内管腔内に留置するためのステントにおいて、
主ステント本体であって、本体壁を有し、本体壁は、複数のリング部を備え、かつ長手軸線に沿って先端部から基端部まで延びて、先端部と基端部との間に延びる主ルーメンを画定する、主ステント本体と、
枝部であって、本体壁に連結された枝部壁を有し、前記主ステント本体の先端部と基端部との間に配置され、主ステント本体に関して第1位置から第2位置に移動可能な枝部とを備え、
枝部壁は、第1位置では、前記本体壁とほぼ同一平面内に位置し、第2位置では、本体壁に関して偏位され、
ステント枝部は基端側枝部と先端側枝部とを有し、基端側枝部は複数の基端側枝部ストラットを備え、先端側枝部は複数の先端側枝部ストラットを備え、
複数の基端側枝部ストラットはそれぞれ、湾曲部で連結された2つのほぼ平行なストラット部を備え、複数の先端側枝部ストラットの各々は、湾曲部で連結された2つのほぼ平行でないストラット部を備えることを特徴とするステント。 - 複数の先端側枝部ストラットの最初のストラットが複数の基端側枝部ストラットの最初
のストラットに連結され、複数の先端側枝部ストラットの最後のストラットが複数の基端側枝部ストラットの最後のストラットに連結されている請求項1に記載のステント。 - 複数の先端側枝部ストラットがW字形状になるように構成されている請求項1に記載のステント。
- 複数の先端側枝部ストラットの数が複数の基端側枝部ストラットの数と異なっている請求項1に記載のステント。
- 先端側枝部が少なくとも1つのコネクタによって主ステント本体の先端方向に隣接するリング部に連結されている請求項1に記載のステント。
- 複数の先端側枝部ストラットが基端側枝部ストラットから側方に偏位されている請求項1に記載のステント。
- 複数の基端側枝部ストラットの最初のストラットと、基端側枝部ストラットの最後のストラットが複数の枝部ストラットの残りのストラットより長い請求項1に記載のステント。
- 主枝管と側枝管とを有する分岐した体内管腔内に留置するためのステントにおいて、
主ステント本体であって、長手軸線に沿って先端部から基端部まで延びて、先端部と基端部との間に延びる主ルーメンを画定する本体壁を有する主ステント本体と、
複数のリング部を備える枝部壁を有する枝部とを備え、枝部壁は本体壁に連結されており、該枝部は前記主ステント本体の先端部と基端部との間に配置され、主ステント本体に関して第1位置から第2位置に移動可能であり、
枝部壁は、第1位置では、前記本体壁とほぼ同一平面内に位置し、第2位置では、本体壁に関して偏位され、
複数の先端側枝部ストラットの各々は、基端湾曲部で連結された2つのほぼ平行なストラット部を備え、複数の基端側枝部ストラットはそれぞれ、先端湾曲部で連結された2つのほぼ平行なストラット部を備え、複数の先端側枝管ストラットは先端湾曲部で相互連結され、複数の基端側枝管ストラットは基端湾曲部で相互連結されており、
第1位置において、複数の先端側枝部ストラットが複数の基端側枝部ストラット内に入れ子になっており、
前記入れ子の構造において、複数の先端側枝部ストラットは基端側枝部ストラットから側方に偏位させられており、複数の先端側枝部ストラットの基端湾曲部が基端側枝部ストラットの基端湾曲部に実質的に隣接していることを特徴とするステント。 - 複数の先端側枝部ストラットの最初のストラットが複数の基端側枝部ストラットの最初のストラットに連結され、複数の先端側枝部ストラットの最後のストラットが複数の基端側枝部ストラットの最後のストラットに連結されている請求項8に記載のステント。
- 先端側枝部が少なくとも1つのコネクタによって主ステント本体の先端側に隣接するリング部に連結されている請求項8に記載のステント。
