Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 微細組立ての化学反応器において、シリコン依存形のスリーブ反 応チャンバを備える改善を行った構成。 2. 請求項1記載の前記改善において、前記スリーブ反応チャンバは スロットを有する構成。 3. 請求項2記載の前記改善において、前記スロットは反応流体を直 接に又はチューブを通して挿入するために使用する構成。 4. 請求項1記載の前記改善において、前記スリーブ反応チャンバは 少なくとも1つの光学的ウィンドウを備えた構成。 5. 請求項1記載の前記改善において、前記スリーブ反応チャンバは 複数の接合シリコン体から成る構成。 6. 請求項5記載の前記改善において、前記シリコン接合体はポリシ リコンおよびバルク・シリコンから構成される。 7. 請求項6記載の前記改善において、ドープ・ポリシリコンが加熱 に利用され、および、バルク・シリコンが対流冷却に利用される構成。 8. 請求項1記載の前記改善において、前記スリーブ反応チャンバは 1対のウィンドウおよびこのウィンドウのそれぞ れに近接配置された加熱手段を有する構成。 9. 請求項8記載の前記改善において、前記ウィンドウは窒化シリコ ンから構成される。 10. 請求項8記載の前記改善において、前記加熱手段はドープ・ポ リシリコンのヒータを備える構成。 11. 請求項2記載の前記改善において、前記反応チャンバの前記ス ロットはマルチ側面の構成から成る。 12. 請求項1記載の前記微細組立ての化学反応器において、前記ス リーブ反応チャンバは当該室のスロットと少なくとも1つのウィンドウとを備え る構成。 13. 請求項12記載の前記微細組立ての化学反応器において、さら に前記スロットに挿入できるように適応させたインサートを有し、このインサー トは少なくとも1つのウィンドウを有する構成。 14. 請求項13記載の前記微細組立ての化学反応器において、少な くとも前記インサートの前記ウィンドウは試験ストリップを備える構成。 15. 請求項1記載の前記改善において、前記シリコン依存形のスリ ーブ反応チャンバは手動保持のバッテリで動作する計器に挿入できるように構成 される。 16. 請求項1記載の前記改善において、前記シリコン依存形のスリ ーブ反応チャンバは、そのような反応チャンバのアレイを包含するように構成し た計器に挿入できるように構成される。 17. 請求項16記載の前記改善において、前記反応チャンバのアレ イは動作的に、マイクロインジェクタのアレイを介してマイクロ電気泳動アレイ に結合している構成。 18. 請求項16記載の前記改善において、前記反応チャンバのアレ イは前記マイクロ電気泳動アレイに直接に結合している構成。 19. 請求項18記載の前記改善において、前記反応チャンバのアレ イはシリコンで構成され、かつ、前記マイクロ電気泳動アレイはガラスで構成さ れている。 20. 請求項4記載の前記改善において、さらに前記光学的ウィンド ウに近接して位置させた光学検出器を有する構成。 21. 請求項20記載の前記改善において、さらに前記光学検出器に 動作的に結合したデータ読み出し装置と、このデータ読み出し装置および前記反 応チャンバに動作的に結合した計器コントローラとを有する構成。 22. 請求項2記載の前記改善において、さらに前記 スロットに挿入できるように適応させたライナを有する構成。 23. 請求項2記載の前記改善において、前記シリコン依存形の反応 チャンバは前記スロットに近接した少なくとも1つのウィンドウと、このウィン ドウに近接して位置したヒータとを備える構成。
