- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.微細加工された化学反応器において、 シリコンベース又は非シリコンベースの材料により構成されたスリーブ反応チ ャンバを有し、 前記スリーブ反応チャンバは、反応流体の導入のためのスロットを有する反応 器。 2.前記スロットは、反応流体を前記スリーブ反応チャンバへ直接的に、チュー ブを通じて、又は反応流体を含むインサートを通じて導入するように構成される 請求項1に記載の反応器。 3.前記スリーブ反応チャンバの材料は、シリコン、ガラス、セラミックス、金 属、合金、高分子材料、複合材及びそれらの組み合わせからなるグループから選 択される請求項1に記載の反応器。 4.前記セラミック材料は、結晶体、非結晶体、ケイ酸塩、及び非ケイ酸塩ベー スのセラミックからなるグループから選択される請求項3に記載の反応器。 5.前記高分子材料は、熱導電性を増加させるドープ剤を含む少なくとも1つの ポリマーを含む請求項3に記載の反応器。 6.前記スリーブ反応チャンバは少なくとも1つの光学的ウィンドウを有する請 求項1に記載の反応器。 7.検出モダリティの配置のため、前記反応チャンバ内に少なくとも1つのバイ ア、チャネル又は穴を含む請求項1に記載の反応器。 8.反応チャンバのライナへアクセスするための前記少なくとも1つのバイア、 チャネル又は穴に配置された少なくとも1つの集積光学的レンズを含む請求項 7に記載の反応器。 9.前記スリーブ反応チャンバは複数の接着された部材を有する請求項1に記載 の反応器。 10.前記接着された部材はポリシリコン及びバルクシリコンから構成される請 求項9に記載の反応器。 11.前記スリーブ反応チャンバは第1の材料から構成され、第2の材料から構 成されるライナを含む請求項3に記載の反応器。 12.前記スリーブ反応チャンバは、シリコン及び金属からなるグループから選 択される材料により構成され、前記ライナはポリマーパッシベーション層から構 成される請求項11に記載の反応器。 13.前記ポリマーパッシベーション層はテフロン又はポリプロピレンから構成 される請求項12に記載の反応器。 14.前記スリーブ反応チャンバは、シリコン、金属及びセラミックから構成さ れるグループから選択される材料により構成され、前記ライナは、ポリマー、ガ ラス及び金属からなるグループから選択される材料により構成される請求項11 に記載の反応器。 15.前記スリーブ反応チャンバは第1の材料により構成され、第2の材料によ り構成される加熱手段を含む請求項1に記載の反応器。 16.熱電性フィルムから構成される加熱及び冷却手段をさらに含む請求項1に 記載の反応器。 17.電気的能動性の試薬の電気的制御のための電気的能動性フィルムをさらに 含む請求項1に記載の反応器。 18.磁性及び常磁性試薬の制御のための磁性フィルムをさらに含む請求項1に 記載の反応器。 19.前記スリーブ反応チャンバは、複数のウィンドウと、各ウィンドウの近傍 に配置された加熱手段と、を含む請求項15に記載の反応器。 20.前記反応チャンバは、シリコン、ポリマー及びセラミックからなるグルー プから選択される材料から構成され、前記加熱手段はポリシリコン又は金属から 構成される請求項15に記載の反応器。 21.前記スロット内へ挿入されるように適合されたインサートをさらに含み、 前記インサートは反応流体を含む請求項1に記載の反応器。 22.前記スリーブ反応チャンバは複数のスロットを有し、各スロットは少なく とも1つのウィンドウを有する請求項1に記載の反応器。 23.前記ウィンドウの少なくとも1つはテストストリップを有する請求項22 に記載の反応器。 24.前記スロットの少なくとも1つへ挿入されるように適合されたインサート をさらに有し、前記少なくとも1つのインサートは少なくとも1つのウィンドウ を有する請求項22に記載の反応器。 25.前記スリーブ反応チャンバは、手持ちタイプのバッテリー動作機器に導入 されるように構成される請求項1に記載の反応器。 26.前記スリーブ反応チャンバは、該反応チャンバのアレイを含むように構成 された機器へ導入されるように構成される請求項1に記載の反応器。 27.前記反応チャンバのアレイは、マイクロ噴射器を通じて顕微電気泳動ア レイへ動作可能に接続される請求項26に記載の反応器。 28.前記反応チャンバのアレイは、顕微電気泳動アレイへ直接的に接続される 請求項26に記載の反応器。 29.前記反応チャンバのアレイは、シリコン、金属及びセラミックから構成さ れ、前記顕微電気泳動アレイはガラス、ポリマー及びセラミツクから構成される 請求項27に記載の反応器。 30.前記光学的ウィンドウの近傍に配置される光学的検出器をさらに含む請求 項6に記載の反応器。 31.前記光学的検出器に動作可能に接続されたデータ読出しシステムと、前記 データ読出しシステム及び前記反応チャンバに動作可能に接続された機器制御装 置と、をさらに含む請求項30に記載の反応器。 32.前記反応チャンバは、ポリマー、ガラス、又は他の適合性材料からなるラ イナを含む請求項27に記載の反応器。 33.複数の検出モダリティをさらに含む請求項1に記載の反応器。 34.少なくとも1つの検出モダリティをさらに含む請求項1に記載の反応器。 35.前記少なくとも1つの検出モダリティは、光学的、電気化学的、電気化学 発光性、磁気的及び容量的なもののグループから選択される請求項34に記載の 反応器。 36.検出を提供するための微細加工された要素をさらに含む請求項1に記載の 反応器。 37.チューブを通じて反応チャンバのアレイに相互接続された前記スリーブ 反応チャンバのアレイと、流通形反応システムを提供する制御要素と、を含む請 求項1に記載の反応器。 38.近接する検出モダリティのアレイを含む前記スリーブ反応チャンバを含み 、前記検出モダリティは前記チャンバ内の反応プロセスのフィードバック制御を 提供する請求項1に記載の反応器。
