- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.身体管内の選択された位置で個々に配置される複数の膨張可能な支持内腔 構成部品は、配置されるその際に、前記の各支持内腔移植片構成部品は内腔に挿 入するために放射状に圧縮可能であり、かつ、身体管内の所望の位置に配置する ために放射状に膨張可能であり; 前記の膨張可能な支持内腔構成部品の1つはトランク構成部品であり、そして 該トランク構成部品は概略、管状でありそして一定の直径を有する第1の部分と 、縦方向に配置され一般的に少なくとも2つの脚部分を区画している切込みを含 んでいる第2の部分を有しており、これら脚部分は各々前記の示された直径より 直径が小さく、そしてこれらの脚部分は各々脚開口部を有しており; 前記の膨張可能な支持内腔構成部品の少なくとも他の1個が概略円筒形の支持 脚構成部品であり;そして 前記の概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品及び前記のトランク構成部品の脚部分のう ちの1つが、前記脚構成部品及びトランク構成部品が身体管内に配置されるとき 、お互いに入れ子式に配置されている、 を含んでいる多構成部品の分岐した膨張可能な支持内腔移植片。 2.前記の概略、円筒形の支持脚構成部品が、配置されるとき、前記トランク 構成部品の脚開口部内に位置させられる端部を有している請求項1に記載の支持 内腔移植片。 3.前記の複数の膨張可能な支持内腔構成部品が、自己膨張性である請求項1 に記載の支持内腔移植片。 4.前記の複数の膨張可能な支持内腔構成部品が、放射状に膨張可能なデバイ スによって配置される請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植片。 5.前記の概略、円筒形の支持構成部品が、概略、円筒形の支持部材及びこの 部材に沿って固定された概略、円筒形のライナーを含んでいる請求項1に記載の 支持内腔移植片。 6.前記のトランク構成部品が本質的に不活性の生物適合性材料の順応性壁を 含んでいるトランタライナーを有している請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植片であ って、前記のトランクライナーは前記トランク構成部品の内部表面と結合してお り、前記の順応性壁は前記トランク構成部品と共に膨張する直径サイズを有して いる。 7.前記の概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品のライナーが本質的に不活性の生物適 合性材料の順応性壁であり、前記の順応性壁は脚構成部品の概略円筒形の管状支 持メンバーの少なくとも内部表面に適用される請求項5に記載の支持内腔移植片 。 8.前記のトランク構成部品が、前記の第1の部分の示された直径に近似する 直径を有する第3の部分を含んでおり、そして前記の第2の部分が前記第1の部 分と前記第3の部分の間に配置される請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植片。 9.前記の第1の部分と前記の第3の部分がそれぞれ概略円筒形である請求項 8に記載の支持内腔移植片。 10.前記の概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品が、配置されるとき、前記トランク 構成部品の脚部分の1つの内部に入れ子式に滑入配置される請求項1に記載の支 持内腔移植片。 11.前記の脚構成部品のライナーが、身体管内に移植されたとき、身体管か らの正常な細胞侵入を可能にする構造を提供する多孔性材料から製造された順応 性の壁(compliant wall)である請求項5に記載の支持内腔移植片。 12.前記の順応性壁の多孔性材料が弾性ポリマーである請求項6に記載の支 持内腔移植片。 13.前記の順応性壁の多孔性材料がポリカーボネートウレタンである請求項 6に記載の支持内腔移植片。 14.前記の多孔性材料がシリコーンゴムの薄層で被覆されている請求項6に 記載の支持内腔移植片。 15.前記トランクライナーが内部ライナー及び該内部ライナーと前記管状支 持メンバー間の中間ライナーを含んでいる請求項6に記載の支持内腔移植片。 16.前記トランク構成部品が、撚糸メッシュを形成するようにワイヤースト ランド間に開口領域を有する複数のワイヤーストランドを含んでいる請求項1に 記載の支持内腔移植片。 17.前記の管状支持構成部品のワイヤーストランドが、撚り合わされ交差し た形状で互いに縦方向に近接しそして接触している複数の個々のストランドを含 んでいる請求項16に記載の支持内腔移植片。 18.前記の概略円筒形の管状支持構成部品が、互いに交差して延伸した統合 体として形状化され、かつ、撚糸メッシュ形態の管状支持部材を形成するように ワイヤーストランド間の開口部を区画しているワイヤーストランドを含んでいる 請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植片。 19.前記内腔移植片が順応性の接着剤様(adehesive-like)ポリマーによる表 面処理に付される請求項1に記載の支持内腔移植片。 20.順応性の接着剤様ポリマーがポリカーボネートウレタンである請求項1 9に記載の支持内腔移植片。 21.前記トランク構成部品が複数の前記切込みを有し、各切込みは縦方向に 内部表面を有しており、そして該縦方向内部表面は互いに結合して、概略円筒形 の前記脚部分を区画している請求項21に記載の支持内腔移植片。 22.前記の縦方向内部表面が一緒に固定されている縦方向端部である請求項 21に記載の膨張可能な分枝支持内腔移植片。 23.身体管内の選択された位置で個々に配置される膨張可能な、放射状に圧 縮可能で且つ放射状に膨張可能な支持内腔移植片構成部品であって、 前記の膨張可能な支持内腔移植片構成部品は概略管状のトランク構成部品であ り、そして示された直径を有する第1の部分及び、各々が前記の示された直径よ り短い直径を有しており、かつ、前記の各脚部分が脚開口部を有する少なくとも 2つの脚部分を区画している縦方向に配置された切込みを含んでいる第2の部分 を有している膨張可能な分枝支持内腔移植片。 24.前記トランク構成部品が複数の前記切込みを有しており、各切込みが縦 方向内部表面を有しており、そして該縦方向内部表面が互いに結合して概略円筒 形の前記脚部分を区画している請求項23に記載の膨張可能な分枝支持移植片。 25.前記の縦方向内部表面が一緒に固定されている縦方向の端部である請求 項24に記載の膨張可能な分枝支持移植片。 26.前記トランク構成部品が、本質的に不活性の生物適合性材料のポリマー 多孔性壁を有しており、前記の順応性の多孔性壁が管状支持構成部品の少なくと も前記内部表面に適用され、そして前記ポリマー壁が、縦方向に配置され前記の トランク構成部品の切込みに沿って付いている折り目を有する請求項23に記載 の膨張可能な分枝支持移植片。 27.前記トランク構成部品が前記の第1の部分の示された直径に近似した直 径を有する第3の部分を含んでおり、かつ、前記第2の部分が前記第1の部分と 前記第3の部分の間に配置されている請求項23に記載の膨張可能な分枝支持移 植片。 28.前記第1の部分及び前記第3の部分が各々概略円筒形である請求項27 に記載の膨張可能な分枝支持移植片。 29.前記の順応性壁の多孔性材料が弾性ポリマーである請求項26に記載の 膨張可能な分枝支持移植片。 30.前記の順応性壁の多孔性材料がポリカーボネートウレタンである請求項 26に記載の膨張可能な分枝支持移植片。 31.前記トランクライナーが内部ライナー及び該内部ライナーと前記管状支 持メンバー間の中間ライナーを含んでいる請求項26に記載の膨張可能な分枝支 持移植片。 32.前記トランク構成部品が、撚糸メッシュを形成するようにワイヤースト ランド間に開口領域を有する複数のワイヤーストランドを含んでいる請求項23 に記載の膨張可能な分枝支持移植片。 33.前記内腔移植片が順応性の接着剤様ポリマーによる表面処理に付される 請求項23に記載の膨張可能な分枝支持移植片。 34.示された直径を有する第1の部分を有する概略管状の支持トランク構成 部品及び少なくとも2つの脚部分を区画している縦方向に配置された切込みを提 供し、その際、各脚部分は第1の部分の示された直径より短い直径を有する脚開 口部を区画しており; 前記トランク構成部品を身体管内の一般的に分枝部位に挿入し、そしてこのト ランク構成部品を膨張させて身体管の主要な管通路に結合させ; 管状支持メンバーを含んでいる概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品を提供し; 前記の概略円筒形の支持脚構成部品を、トランク構成部品の脚部分と身体管の 主要通路と結合した分枝通路との間の位置で身体管中に挿入し、そして該脚構成 部品を前記位置に配置させるように膨張させ、 管状支持メンバーを有する概略円筒形のもう1つの支持脚構成部品を提供し; かつ、 前記の概略円筒形のもう1つの支持脚構成部品を、トランク構成部品の他の脚 部分と身体管の主要通路と結合したもう1つの分枝通路との間の位置で身体管中 に挿入し、そして前記構成部品を前記位置に配置させるように膨張させて身体管 内の分岐部位で分岐支持内腔移植片を形成させる、 工程を含んでいる多構成部品の分岐した膨張可能な支持内腔移植片の移植方法。 35.前記のトランク構成部品を提供する工程が、該トランク支持構成部品の 裏打ちを含んでおり、前記の脚構成部品を提供する各工程が、該ライナー及び管 状支持メンバーを含んでいる脚構成部品を提供し、かつ、このような脚構成部品 がそれぞれトランク構成部品の対応する1つの脚部分の内部に配置され、そして これらの各々がトランク構成部品の管状支持メンバーと、概略同じ広がりを持っ ている請求項34に記載の方法。 36.金属ストランドを円筒形メンバーに撚り合わせて円筒形の撚糸メッシュ 管を形成させ; 前記の円筒形撚糸メッシュ管の縦方向部分に切れ目を入れて該メッシュ内に少 なくとも1つの縦方向に配置された切込みを形成させて切れ目の入った撚糸メッ シュ管を提供し; 接着剤層を切れ目の入った撚糸メッシュ管の内部表面に結合させ; 円筒形の順応性ポリマー管を切れ目の入った撚糸メッシュ管内に挿入して前記 接着剤層と結合させ;そして ポリマー順応性管を切れ目の入った撚糸メッシュ管の内部表面上に固定すると 同時に、形状及び大きさが切れ目の入った撚糸メッシュ管の切込みにほぼ調和す るポリマー順応性管に折り目を形成させるために圧力を適用する、 工程を含んでいる膨張可能な分枝支持内腔移植片の製造方法。
