Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.駆動およびトラックガイドのための部材を有する搬送部材と、貨物(G) のための収容および受け入れ/引き渡しユニット、ならびにデータ処理および情 報伝送ユニット(20)とが設けられている、 エネルギーおよび情報の伝送を伴う貨物輸送用のトラックガイド形搬送装置に おいて、 搬送部材(10)は、走行区間に沿って配設された1次側回路(6,7)から エネルギーを伝達するための2次側部材として伝達ヘッドを有しており、前記搬 送部材に取り付けられた伝達ヘッド(2)は、フェライトコアおよび該フェライ トコアを取り囲む2次巻線(W2)から成り、該2次巻線は前記1次側回路(6 ,7)と磁気的に結合されており、 前記搬送部材は調整および制御可能な移動用駆動ユニットを備えた車両部分を 有しており、 移動のために、摩擦の少ない重力補償および走行トラックに沿った摩擦の少な いスライドを達成するための手段(GL)と、トラックガイド部材(SP)が設 けられており、 走行区間に沿って、固定ステーション(12)と搬送部材(10)との間で情 報を伝送するため導波体(1)が配置されており、該導波体は搬送部材(10) 上におけるアンテナ(14)と通信を行うことを特徴 とする、 エネルギーおよび情報の伝送を伴う貨物輸送用のトラックガイド形搬送装置。 2.積み込み可能な貨物も含めて前記搬送部材(10)に作用する重力が磁気 浮上システムにより補償され、リニアモータを介して駆動が行われる、請求項1 記載の装置。 3.走行路に沿って配設され同軸ケーブルとして構成された漏洩波導体(1) を介して情報が伝送される、請求項1または2記載の装置。 4.前記漏洩波導体(1)は、放射開口部として波の伝播方向に対し交差方向 で延在するスリットの設けられた同軸導体として構成されており、前記スリット の間隔はグループごとに周期的に繰り返される、請求項3記載の装置。 5.前記漏洩波導体(1)は、軸線方向に貫かれた長手方向スリット(3)が 周囲に設けられている同軸導体として構成されており、車両への情報伝送は、前 記長手方向スリットに沿って最大間隔で案内される近接電磁界ゾンデを介して行 われる、請求項3記載の装置。 6.前記1次側回路の導体装置は、絶縁性の導体支持部材(5,S)上に配置 された内部導体(6)を備えた外部導体として、開放された同軸のU字型ケーシ ング(7)から成り、前記内部導体は該導体装置の給 電個所とは反対側の端部でケーシングと接続されており、前記内部導体は、U字 型のフェライトコアを備えたU字型の伝達ヘッド(2)により取り囲まれており 、該伝達ヘッドはその脚部で、エネルギー取り出し用の2次巻線(W2)を担持 している、請求項1記載の装置。 7.エネルギー伝達用の前記1次側回路の導体装置は2重導体として構成され ており、該導体はE字型のフェライトコアを備えた伝達ヘッドの開口部中を延在 しており、該フェライトコアの中央脚部はエネルギー取り出し用の2次巻線を担 持している、請求項1記載の装置。 8.前記2次巻線(W2)に、負荷抵抗(Z)に対し並列にコンデンサ(C) が接続されており、該コンデンサは、フェライトコアの空隙内で磁束密度(B) を発生させるための磁化電流を供給する、請求項6または7記載の装置。 9.前記2次巻線はコンデンサ(C2)と直列に接続されており、該コンデン サにより伝達ヘッドの漂遊インダクタンスにおける誘導性の電圧降下が補償され る、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項記載の装置。 10.導体支持体(S)はウェブ(5)において、磁気的な空隙幅を必ず必要と される機械的な空隙幅(δ1,δ2)に低減するためフェライト領域を有する、請 求項6〜9のいずれか1項記載の装置。 11.前記1次側回路の導体装置は、ほぼ閉じられたケーシング(7)として構 成された外部導体と、ケーシングのほぼ中央に位置する中央導体(6)を有して おり、該外部導体中を前記中央導体とは逆方向の等しい大きさの電流(I1)が 流れる、請求項6記載の装置。 12.前記漏洩波導体(1)は導体支持体(S)の上端部に、オープンな同軸導 体として構成された1次導体の内部導体(6)を介して配置されている、請求項 1または3〜5のいずれか1項記載の装置。 13.横方向にスリットの設けられた漏洩波導体(1)に対し最小間隔で案内さ れているパッチアンテナ(14)が、前記伝達ヘッド(2)の隣りでその前面に 配置されている、請求項1または3〜5のいずれか1項記載の装置。 14.エネルギー伝達システムの1次導体(7)および情報伝送部の漏洩波導体 (1)は、搬送システムの支持ガイドレール(16)に機械的に統合されており 、ガイドレールの角および空隙に配置されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか1 項記載の装置。 15.1次導体装置(6,7)と伝達ヘッド(2)との間の空隙平面は、車両の カーブ走行に必要なあそびを確保するため車両の運動平面に対し平行に位置して いる、請求項1または10記載の装置。 16.貨物および/または貨物を輸送する搬送部材( 10)の運搬、保管、分類、分配および取次は、中央の固定ステーション(12 )から各搬送部材へ伝送されそこで記憶される情報により行われる、請求項1記 載の装置。 17.搬送部材(10)の重量を補償するため、レール(16)上を走行するロ ーラ(18)が設けられている、請求項1記載の装置。 18.走行トラックから倉庫または一時貯蔵所へ走行可能である、請求項1記載 の装置。 19.搬送部材(10)における貨物(G)の積み込みおよび積み出しのために 駆動式横方向ベルトコンベヤが設けられている、請求項1記載の装置。 20.能動的なトラックガイド部材により受動的な分岐ポイントの乗り入れが行 われる、請求項1記載の装置。
