Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフトであって、 a)両端部が互いに引き離される向きに引っ張られたときには、元々の直径の 約2分の1〜約10分の1にまで縮径し得るような形状とされた、自己拡張型ワ イヤステントと; b)複数のフィラメントから形成されるとともに、両端部が互いに引き離され る向きに引っ張られたときには、元々の直径の約2分の1〜約10分の1にまで 縮径し得るような密度および形状とされた、管状の変形可能織物材料と; を具備してなり、 前記管状変形可能材料は、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントに対して実質的に同 軸配置されて、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントに取り付けられていることを特徴 とする自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 2.さらに、 c)前記管状変形可能織物材料と前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントとの間に、弾 性接着剤を具備し、 前記管状変形可能織物材料は、前記弾性接着剤により、前記自己拡張型ワイヤ ステントに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自己拡張型管腔 内ステントグラフト。 3.前記管状変形可能織物材料は、PETメッシュであることを特徴とする請求 項1記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 4.前記PETメッシュは、縦糸−ニット製チューブ、アトラス−ニット製チュ ーブ、あるいは、変形アトラス−ニット製チューブのいずれかであることを特徴 とする請求項3記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 5.前記PETメッシュは、約70デニールの、約34本フィラメントの、フォ ールスツイストされたファイバから編み込まれることを特徴とする請求項4記載 の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 6.前記PETメッシュは、1平方インチあたり、100個〜1000個のピッ クを有した構成とされていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の自己拡張型管腔内 ステントグラフト。 7.前記管状変形可能織物材料は、該管状変形可能織物材料の融点よりも低い融 点を有したポリカーボネートウレタンからなるファイバ層でコーティングされ、 前記管状変形可能織物材料は、前記ポリカーボネートウレタン層を溶融させる ことにより、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントに取り付けられていることを特徴と する請求項1記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 8.前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントは、前記管状変形可能織物材料の融点よりも 低い融点を有したポリカーボネートウレタンからなるファイバ層でコーティング され、 前記管状変形可能織物材料は、前記ポリカーボネートウレタン層を溶融させる ことにより、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントに取り付けられていることを特徴と する請求項1記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 9.前記管状変形可能織物材料は、該管状変形可能織物材料の融点よりも低い融 点を有したポリカーボネートウレタンからなるファイバ層でコーティングされ、 前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントは、前記管状変形可能織物材料の融点よりも低 い融点を有したポリカーボネートウレタンからなるファイバ層でコーティングさ れ、 前記管状変形可能織物材料は、前記ポリカーボネートウレタン層を溶融させる ことにより、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントに取り付けられていることを特徴と する請求項1記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 10.さらに、 c)非編込弾性チューブを具備し、 該非編込チューブは、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントおよび前記管状変形可能 織物材料に対して実質的に同軸配置されるとともに、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステ ントと前記管状変形可能織物材料とのうちの少なくとも一方に取り付けられてい ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 11.前記管状変形可能織物材料は、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントの内部に取 り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグ ラフト。 12.前記管状変形可能織物材料は、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントの内部に取 り付けられ、 前記非編込チューブは、前記管状変形可能織物材料の内部に取り付けられてい ることを特徴とする請求項10記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 13.前記管状変形可能織物材料は、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントの内部に取 り付けられ、 前記非編込チューブは、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントの外部に取り付けられ ていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 14.さらに、 c)第2自己拡張型ワイヤステントを具備し、 前記管状変形可能織物材料は、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントの外部に取り付 けられ、 前記第2自己拡張型ワイヤステントは、前記管状変形可能織物材料の外部に取 り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグ ラフト。 15.さらに、 d)非編込弾性チューブを具備し、 該非編込チューブは、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントおよび前記管状変形可能 織物材料に対して実質的に同軸配置されるとともに、前記自己拡張型ワイヤステ ントと前記管状変形可能織物材料とのうちの一方に取り付けられていることを特 徴とする請求項14記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 16.前記管状変形可能織物材料は、前記第2自己拡張型ワイヤステントの内部 に取り付けられ、 前記非編込チューブは、前記管状変形可能織物材料の内部に取り付けられてい ることを特徴とする請求項15記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 17.前記管状変形可能織物材料は、ポリカーボネートウレタンを含有した槽か ら紡績された約70デニールのPETファイバから形成されるとともに、約90 °のピック角度でもって編機で編み込まれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自 己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 18.前記管状変形可能織物材料は、ポリカーボネートウレタンを含有した槽か ら紡績された約70デニールのPETファイバから形成されるとともに、ファイ バ交差角度が約45°となるように、回転心棒上に移動シャトルから巻き付けら れることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。 19.前記非編込弾性チューブは、心棒上に紡績されたポリカーボネートウレタ ンから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の自己拡張型管腔内ステ ントグラフト。 20.前記自己拡張型ワイヤステントは、加硫シリコーンゴム接着剤でコーティ ングされ、 前記管状変形可能織物材料は、前記接着剤を硬化されることにより、前記自己 拡張型ワイヤステントに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自 己拡張型管腔内ステントグラフト。
