- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アイソタクチック指数が約0.93より大きいかまたは結晶化度が約56% より大きいプロピレンのホモポリマーである成分(1A)、ポリプロピレンとエ チレン−プロピレン共重合体との逐次重合半結晶質ブレンドである成分(1B) 、または成分(1A)と成分(1B)の混合物からなる熱可塑性成分;およびメ タロセンまたはカミンスキー触媒を用いて製造された分子量分布(Mw/Mn) が3以下である、エチレンとC3−C8オレフィンの共重合体からなるエラストマ ー成分;のブレンドを含んでなる、耐摩耗性の向上した自動車用部品としての成 形熱可塑性物品。 2.エラストマー成分がエチレンとブテンの共重合体である成分(2)、エチレ ンとオクテンの共重合体である成分(3)、または成分(2)と成分(3)の混 合物である、請求項1に記載の物品。 3.前記のブレンドが少なくとも約10dg/minの溶融流量を有し、熱可塑性成分 がブレンド中に約50〜80%の量で存在し、そしてエラストマー成分が約20 〜50%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の物品。 4.結晶化度が少なくとも約30%である、エチレンとC3−C15オレフィンの 共重合体である成分(4)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の物品。 5.充填剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の物品。 6.グループ(I)のブレンドが次のブレンド: 成分(1A)と成分(2)からなるブレンド(Ia); 成分(1A)と成分(3)からなるブレンド(Ib); 成分(1B)と成分(2)からなるブレンド(Ic); 成分(1B)と成分(3)からなるブレンド(Id); 成分(1C)と成分(2)からなるブレンド(Ie);または 成分(1C)と成分(3)からなるブレンド(If); のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、そして グループ(II)のブレンドが次のブレンド: 成分(1A)と成分(2)および成分(3)およびEPとの組合せからなる ブレンド(IIA); 成分(1A)と成分(2)および成分(3)およびEBとの組合せからなる ブレンド(IIB); 成分(1A)と成分(2)および成分(3)および成分(4)との組合せか らなるブレンド(IIC); 成分(1B)と成分(2)および成分(3)およびEPとの組合せからなる ブレンド(IID); 成分(1B)と成分(2)および成分(3)およびEBとの組合せからなる ブレンド(IIE); 成分(1B)と成分(2)および成分(3)および成分(4)との組合せか らなるブレンド(IIF); 成分(1C)と成分(2)および成分(3)およびEPとの組合せからなる ブレンド(IIG); 成分(1C)と成分(2)および成分(3)およびEBとの組合せからなる ブレンド(IIH);または 成分(1C)と成分(2)および成分(3)および成分(4)との組合せか らなるブレンド(IIK); のうちの少なくとも1つの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の物品。 7.成分(1A)〜(1C)のいずれかのプロピレンポリマーが約10〜80dg /minの溶融流量を有するポリプロピレンホモポリマーである、請求項1に記載の 物品。 8.成分(1A)〜(1C)のいずれかのプロピレンポリマーがプロピレンと、 無水マレイン酸、アクリル酸およびトリメトキシビニルシランよりなる群から選 ばれる少なくとも1つのメンバーと、の共重合体である、請求項1に記載の物品 。 9.成分(1B)または(1C)のエチレン含有量が該成分の全重量に基づいて 約0〜30%である、請求項1に記載の物品。 10.エチレン−プロピレン共重合体が100℃で約10〜90のムーニー粘度を 有する、請求項1に記載の物品。 11.成分(2)または(3)のエチレン−プロピレン共重合体が該成分の全重量 に基づいて約50〜90%のエチレンを有する、請求項10に記載の物品。 12.成分(2)のエチレン−ブテン共重合体または成分(3)のエチレン−オク テン共重合体が実質的に非晶質である、請求項1に記載の物品。 13.成分(4)のαオレフィンが4〜10個の炭素を有する、請求項4に記載の 物品。 14.充填剤がタルクまたは炭酸カルシウム、ガラス繊維、雲母、またはガラス微 小球であり、約1〜10%の量で存在する、請求項5に記載の物品。 15.熱可塑性成分がブレンド中に約40〜80%の量で存在しかつ成分(1A) と成分(1B)の混合物からなり、そしてエラストマー成分が成分(2)と成分 (3)の混合物からなりかつ約20〜60%の量で存在し、その際成分(2)が 約10〜35%の量で存在し、成分(3)が約10〜25%の量で存在する、請 求項1に記載の物品。 16.熱可塑性成分がブレンド中に約50〜80%の量で存在し、エラストマー成 分が成分(2)と成分(3)の混合物からなりかつ約20〜60%の量で存在し 、その際成分(2)が約10〜35%の量で存在し、成分(3)が約10〜25 %の量で存在し、成分(4)が約1〜20%の量で存在する、請求項4に記載の 物品。 17.安定剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、金属石鹸、帯電防止剤、滑剤、成核剤 、顔料、繊維状チタン酸カリウム、繊維状シュウ酸マグネシウム、繊維状ホウ酸 アルミニウム、炭素繊維、およびこれらの混合物のうちの少なくとも1つをさら に含む、請求項1に記載の物品。 18.ロックウェルR硬度がASTM D−785にしたがって測定したとき少な くとも約60であり、 曲げ弾性率がASTM D−790にしたがって測定したとき少なくとも約 80kpsiであり、 溶融流量がASTM D−1238にしたがって測定したとき230℃およ び2.16kgで少なくとも約10dg/minであり、そして 密度が約0.95g/ccであり、さらに ASTM D−3763にしたがって測定したとき約−30℃で延性である 、請求項1に記載の物品。 19.二成分系ポリウレタン、アクリル樹脂、ポリエステル、エポキシ樹脂、カル ボイミド、尿素樹脂およびメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂よりなる群から選ば れる塗料のコーティングを表面にさらに含む、請求項1に記載の物品。 20.バンパー、バンパーカバー、外部装備品または内部装備品の形である、請求 項20に記載の物品。
