Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関に用いられる燃料噴射弁であって、弁ハウジングと、可動の弁閉 鎖体とが設けられており、該弁閉鎖体が弁座面と協働し、該弁座面が弁座体に形 成されており、該弁座体の下流側に噴射孔付板が配置されており、該噴射孔付板 に少なくとも1つの噴射孔が設けられている形式のものにおいて、弁座体(16 )と噴射孔付板(21)との間の熱伝達が、少なくとも1つの移行部分(18, 39,41)により減じられていることを特徴とする、内燃機関に用いられる燃 料噴射弁。 2.前記移行部分が、隆起された弁座体段部(18)として弁座体(16)に 形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。 3.前記移行部分が、隆起された噴射孔付板段部(39)として噴射孔付板( 21)に形成されている、請求項1または2記載の燃料噴射弁。 4.噴射孔付板(21)の、弁座体(16)に面した上側の端面(19)が、 少なくとも1つの噴射孔(25)を有する中心の範囲(24)を備えており、さ らに噴射孔付板(21)が、外周から出発する噴射孔付板段部(39)を形成す る目的で、上側の端面(19)に対して凹設されかつ前記中心の範囲(24)を 比較的大きな直径で取り囲む段部(52)を有してい る、請求項3記載の燃料噴射弁。 5.噴射孔付板(21)の、弁座体(16)に面した上側の端面(19)が、 少なくとも1つの噴射孔(25)を有する中心の範囲(24)を備えており、さ らに噴射孔付板(21)が、外周から出発する噴射孔付板段部(39)を形成す る目的で、上側の端面(19)に対して凹設されかつ前記中心の範囲(24)を 比較的大きな直径で取り囲む湾曲部(53)を有している、請求項3記載の燃料 噴射弁。 6.弁座体段部(18)が、円環状に形成されている、請求項2記載の燃料噴 射弁。 7.噴射孔付板段部(39)が、円環状に形成されている、請求項3記載の燃 料噴射弁。 8.噴射孔付板(21)が弁座体段部(18)に接触していて、該弁座体段部 (18)に結合されている、請求項2記載の燃料噴射弁。 9.噴射孔付板(21)の噴射孔付板段部(39)が弁座体(16)に接触し ていて、該弁座体(16)に結合されている、請求項3から5までのいずれか1 項記載の燃料噴射弁。 10.前記少なくとも1つの移行部分が、断熱作用を有する別個の断熱体(4 1)として形成されていて、弁座体(16)と噴射孔付板(21)との間に配置 されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。 11.前記断熱体(41)が、プラスチック、セラ ミックスまたはガラスから形成されている、請求項10記載の燃料噴射弁。
