Claims (3)
- 弁座(8)及びその中心部を貫く出口孔(7)を一端部に有する弁座部材(3)と,
この弁座部材(3)に収容され,前記弁座(8)に対し着座部(16a)を離座・着座させることにより開閉動作すると共に,前記着座部(16a)から前記出口孔(7)の中心に向かって円錐状に突出する弁先端部(16b)が形成された弁体(18)と,
前記弁座部材(3)の一端面に接合され,前記出口孔(7)から半径方向外方に離れて配置される複数の燃料噴孔(11)を有するインジェクタプレート(10)とを備えてなり,
前記弁座(8)及び出口孔(7)間に,前記弁座(8)を通過した燃料を集合させて前記出口孔(7)に誘導する漏斗状の燃料集合凹部(35)を設ける一方,
前記弁座部材(3)及びインジェクタプレート(10)の対向面間に,前記出口孔(7)を通過した燃料を半径方向外方に拡散させて前記複数の燃料噴孔(11)に誘導する偏平な燃料拡散室(36)を設け,
前記燃料集合凹部(35)の底面と前記燃料拡散室(36)の天井面とのなす角(θ)を鋭角とした燃料噴射弁において,
前記出口孔(7)の内周面(7A)を,前記燃料集合凹部(35)の底面及び前記燃料拡散室(36)の天井面に接するように設定された仮想トーラス(T)の内周側曲面に接する,円錐角度を異にする複数の円錐面(7a,7b)を連ねたもの,又は円錐角度を異にする複数の円錐面(7a,7b)とそれらの中間部に位置する円筒面(7c)とを連ねたものとして,前記燃料集合凹部(35)の底面及び前記燃料拡散室(36)の天井面に連続するように形成し,
前記弁体(18)の弁先端部(16b)を,その頂部(16b1)が,該弁体(18)の開弁時でも前記出口孔(7)の少なくとも円錐面(7a)内に残るように延在させると共に,前記弁先端部(16b)の頂部(16b1)の円錐角(α)は,145°以下で前記燃料集合凹部(35)の漏斗角(β)より大きく形成して,前記出口孔(7)内から前記燃料拡散室(36)へ向けて燃料の流れを反転させるようにしたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記仮想トーラス(T)を,その円形母線(Ta)の中心(To)が前記燃料集合凹部(35)の底面と前記燃料拡散室(36)の天井面とのなす角(θ)の二等分線(L)上に位置するように設定したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記燃料拡散室(36)の高さ(t)を,前記仮想トーラス(T)の円形母線(Ta)の半径(r)の1/2以下に設定したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
