Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (i)材料を水性溶媒に溶解した溶液を準備し、(ii)この溶液をガス中に 噴霧して、水性溶媒が蒸発するようにすることによって、中空マイクロカプセル を形成させることを含むマイクロカプセルの形成法であって、水溶液が水より揮 発性の大きな液体を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 2. 揮発性液体の沸点が大気圧で20℃〜100℃の間にある、請求項1に 記載の方法。 3. 揮発性液体がエタノールまたはメタノールである、請求項1に記載の方 法。 4. 揮発性液体が水溶液の0.1〜80.0%(容量/容量)である、請求 項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 揮発性液体が水溶液の5.0〜30.0%(容量/容量)である、請求 項4に記載の方法。 6. 材料がタンパク質である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7. タンパク質がアルブミン、コラーゲンまたはゼラチンである、請求項6 に記載の方法。 8. タンパク質がアルブミンである、請求項7に記載の方法。 9. 溶液中の材料濃度が1.0〜25.0%(重量/容量)である、請求項 1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10. 溶液中の材料濃度が5.0〜15.0%(重量/容量)である、請求 項9に記載の方法。 11. 溶液がX線コントラスト剤または磁気共鳴画像形成コントラスト剤を 更に含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12. マイクロカプセルを使用前に更に加工処理たとえば熱処理を行ってマ イクロカプセルを更に不溶化するか、または放射線を照射してマイクロカプセル を殺菌する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13. 方法を、滅菌した静脈内注射可能な生成物を生成するように行なう、 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14. 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されるマイ クロカプセル。 15. 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得ることができ るマイクロカプセル。 16. 中空マイクロカプセルを含んでなる超音波コントラスト剤であって、 マイクロカプセルが、20℃の脱気した水に懸濁して13.0μg/mlの均質 なマイクロカプセル濃度を得るとき、3.5MHzの超音波に対する反射率が少 なくとも−1.0dBであることを特徴とする、超音波コントラスト剤。 17. 密封したバイアル瓶中に請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の殺 菌した乾燥マイクロカプセルを含んでなる医薬組成物。 18. 殺菌した静脈内注射可能な媒質中に懸濁した請求項14〜16のいず れか1項に記載の殺菌したマイクロカプセルを含んでなる医薬組成物。 19. ヒトまたは動物の患者の部分の画像を提供する方法であって、(i)請 求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロカプセルを患者に導入し、(ii) 患者に放射線を照射し、(iii)患者の前記部分におけるマイクロカプセルの反射 率、透過度または共鳴に基づいて画像を形成することを特徴とする、方法。
